First off, make sure you've read the starting guide (you should have a useful message in your inbox). You need to change your username first, because you don't need the underscore. Your username is your characters actual name, no need for symbols or anything else. Go to User Control Panel, then change it from within the account settings.

If you want to find people to roleplay with e.g your slave idea, use this forum, and you can seek out other players.
