The Blue Bull is perhaps Riverfall's most notorious tavern. The stone building with a sweeping curve up to a large blue door rests just inside the gates on the corner of the first intersection headed north. It's handy local means it attracts not only locals but visitors alike who often see The Blue Bull as the first place to stop and eat upon entering Riverfall. Make no mistake, however, The Blue Bull is first and foremost a locals hangout and the Akalak, when not on duty, play rough. On evenings its not unlikely to see fifty people stuffed into the Blue Bull, all of which are perhaps mostly well into their wine. While The Blue Bull does have food, it is mostly known for a place to get quickly and quietly drunk, have a fast brawl, and perhaps find a pretty lady to take a few turns of the dance floor with. The Blue Bull does have a sunken dance floor and a small dais below for musicians. Surrounding the dancefloor on a raised platform are tables and bars overlooking the sunken space. Waitresses roam in and out of the space, providing food, drink and recreation for those attending activities at the Bull. Sometimes there are wrestling and boxing matches held on the sunken dance space. There is a smaller side area with a hearth, tables, and no activity. It is a place women prefer to linger over a meal or a drink, seeking solitude then perhaps their choice of company for a few hours after dark. Men wander in and out of this grotto area, asking women to dance and sometimes sitting down to talk with them. There is a constant flow of traffic, though by the hearth is calmer than surrounding the dance floor for certain. Regardless of its dangerous reputation with men, The Blue Bull has an outstanding protective atmosphere of women. That is not to say debauchery never goes on within its doors, but the real action goes on behind the building outside. Dice games, paid company, and any number of wagers can be made in this location. Nearly eight feet tall, big, and well muscled, Kevlar and Bull are a formidable duo in the Rivarian social circles. Fair but shrewd, Bull isn't above taking students and Kevlar isn't above taking their money. Together the two have made The Blue Bull a vast success. Rumored to have one the building in a game of chance, Bull and Kevlar moved in immediately, hired on remodelers and got to work building up the establishment. Every year they add on, take on more staff, and increase profits. Everyone who has stood by Kevlar and Bulls side have benefited. Janii is nothing special, just a Drykas girl hard on her luck who took a job at The Blue Bull because she wasn't scared of the giant Akalaks nor of good strong wine. She's fiercely loyal to Kevlar and is rumored to be about to enter into a Nakivak contract with him even with the inherent risks.   Ann Flowerheart Name: Ann Flowerheart Race: Drykas DoB: 480 (32 yo) PoB: Endyrkas Title: Barkeeper Skills: Bartending 75, Philtering 45, Socialization 30 Gnosis: None. Ann is by and large the most friendly person in The Blue Bull. She talks to everyone and they more importantly talk to her. She's an excellent mixologist and careful with how she crafts her drinks, never shorting her clients and never leaving them unsatisfied.
