This shady brick square is overgrown with vines and decorated with a small decorative firepit and a statue of Qalaya the Goddess of Writing. A single priestess maintains the square, providing ink and parchment for folks that have no supplies. For a small fee she'll even pen the note or missive a person wants to hang. Then, once an advertisement or solicitation is ready, it can be hung by wooden clothespins from the vines that overshadow the tiny square, growing up the walls vertically. People are then free to wander the square, reading the advertisements and answering as they may. The only rules to the square is that the advertisements and messages must be dated. They are then removed exactly ten days from their posted date. All messages posted that have no date will be removed automatically by the priestess caretaking the square. Being kelvic never stopped her. She roosts in an enormous rooftop nest above the square and can be often found dancing on the wind above Riverfall when her services are not needed. However, with her sharp eyes and discerning taste she always manages to notice when someone is in need of her help or perhaps some comforting words from a priestess of Qalaya. Wind is the second generation of Qalaya priestess to guard the square and keep it clean. Her mother was also a priestess who fell for a priest of Zulrav. Wind was bound to be born a bird kelvic when she started to grow abnormally fast and her parents realized she was kelvic.
