This northernmost city is the home of Morwen, The Goddess of Winter, and her followers who dwell year round in a land of frozen wonder. [Lore]

Inessa suppressed a yelp with her hand as she saw the magic begin to work in Veizor's hand, her own quickly covering her mouth as her eyes turned bright green. She focused on the forming ice and nothing more, calming down slightly when she realized it wasn't anything harmful. Still, the color in her eyes did not shift.
Her hand joined the other on her lap once more. She heard the man's request to take it, and a sort of purple crept into her otherwise green eyes. The hand that just lowered reached out to gently pluck the budding ice flower from his fingers, as she held it awkwardly. "... Ah. Thank you, sir." She looked at it with wide eyes, turning it in her fingers. Weakly, she smiled to the man.
Another mage. Makes me wonder how many more are here. |

Coren really didn't see him sticking around as a favor to be honest, more like an undeserved punishment. But he highly doubted the young man was aware enough of himself that that was how his behavior was getting across. When the man turned his attention to the girl that had talked to him first and followed up with a line that could have been plucked out of a romantic story, a very BAD romantic story at that he couldn't help rolling his eyes at it. Great, not only was he an idiot, he was an idiot who thought he was a heart breaker, It was going to feel like a very long time before the blizzard was over.
Just when he had settled on the fact at least that moron couldn't get much worse to get along with. And that at most he would have to put up with bad rhyming and bad quotes from even worse romantic stories until Inessa told him off. But when he stuck his hand in the bowl where some icecubes lay and began to shape them into something resembling a plant of some kind coren had to reshape his idea of it. He knew the kid's gnosis wasn't cutting it to do something like that. So he was a mage. A mage with no idea of keeping his skill under wraps in front of a crowd that didn't like it, with no brains in general and with a nature to show off. A very dangerous combination
“yes my name is coren, strange that you know it since I didn't introduce myself to you at all.” It was said in a bit of a guarded tone. He dispised putting himself into danger and with no doubt hanging around a mage that used his dangerous skill to try and impress a girl wasn't very good for his health, since they usually tended to die messily. “But I suppose my name isn't really that much of a secret around here these days. Whats your name though, I doubt you would respond well to any other adjective I would find fitting to you.” Coren knew for a fact most people didn't respond very well to being called moron or impulive idiot with a deathwish. |
oocInessa would you like to keep yourself to the posting order please?I know nobody minded last time you posted out of turn since Veizor gave permission for it. But usually people enjoy having a posting order as it keeps everything... well orderly and possible to get everybody a fair chance to reply to a circumstance
.
"I'm speaking vani""I am speaking common""Me speaking nader canoch!"Real life is kicking me in the can at the moment. posting is delayed. sorry for the inconvienience.
