Physical Description
Physically, Kokanee is a very normal sized guy; he stands at 5'11" and weighs about 170 pounds; he's muscular and fit, but by no means a body builder.
He wears dressier clothing, and is rarely found in commoners clothes. Shaving for him is a bi-weekly occurrence, so he's typically just a bit on the scruffy side.
Character Concept
Cokanee holds himself with an air of class that is entirely his own. He's easy going and quick witted, with a disarming charm and smile. There are few people in the world, regardless of race that he can't get along with or make friends with; the right thing to say always slips from his mouth as easily as if he were reading it from a script. He's a gentleman in all things, and a lover, not a fighter.
His one true passion is brewing, and to this he devotes his time: studying the plants, the tools, the methods and of course -the finished products. As much as Cokanee loves a good beer, he almost never drinks to intoxication -he appreciates the flavors and craftsmanship of beer far more than it's effects.
Cokanee has also been known to mix up a few poisons, drugs or potions on the side for a little extra cash.

Cokanee spent most of his childhood following his dad from place to place. His father was a famous brewmaster, and would go from city to city by request to help establish better recipes and techniques for bars, both new and old.
Because of this, Cokanee rarely spent much time in any single place, and doesn't consider any single place home. He's also had to learn how to make friends quickly, and developed a very open and friendly demeanor. Also, his time on the road has had the added benefit of forcing him to learn how to introduce himself and chit chat a bit in many of the languages of Mizahar.
Now that he's on his own, he's been trying to develop his own name and recognition, hoping to surpass even his father's renown.

Cokanee's heirloom is unique, and as priceless as it is worthless. It's a vial filled with a unique and specially cultivated strain of brewer's yeast. The yeast has been cultivated for decades by both his father, and now, himself. It is extremely resistant and hearty, strong enough to survive high/low temperatures and the fermentation of wine-like levels of alcohol during brewing.
It is an incredibly fast breeding strain, requiring only a short time with a supply of sugar to double its number. Moreover, it is easily influenced by brew conditions to produce a variety of flavors. Cokanee typically keeps the vial on a chain around his neck, but has many different stores of it.
