He is slightly tanned, though on the pale side, from his father's heritage. Makoto maintains a fit and lean body, with muscle and hidden strength. His eyes, usually a deep blue, change colors, another quality inherited from his father. He sports a tattoo on his back, as his mother's people carry a love for them.   Character Concept He is usually quite laid back, but if something piques his interest or something goes against what he believes in, he is anything but. Makoto has a deep dislike for anything untruthful or insincere, for he was raised to be honest and sincere, just as the meaning of his name, Makoto. He also does not tolerate abuse, or anything related, because he believes that life is sacred, though it does not mean he does not kill when necessary, nor that he doesn't eat meat. Makoto enjoys traveling and meeting new people, and he tends to take an interest in things others might think as strange or unimportant. He is also generally good at comforting others, giving advice, or soothing people with his rich voice. In the future, he may perhaps slip into the shadows of deceit and lies of the underworld, the darkness of society...   Character History Born to a woman in the Sapphire clan and a traveling Vantha, Makoto is one of the many mixed blooded children in the Drykas clans. At a young age, his parents were killed in a territory dispute and taken in by one of his mother's friends. He was raised as their own, taught to fight, as well as other necessary survival skills. However, he did not feel that he belonged in one particular place, always longing for distant places, perhaps something he had gained from his ever wandering father. For one reason or another, no Striders chose him, though they let him ride them, further pronouncing him an outsider. At the age of 18, he decided to go traveling, and began a nomadic life, finding shelter in caves, under trees, and wherever he could.   Worships Makoto has a deep interest in Gods and Goddesses, finding them fascinating, and so, he worships many.
