Below her the two men regrouped into cover as Miria slowly descended from her perch. Though she was able to injure one that wouldn't stop them from fighting back, now the real battle begins. A dauntless demeanor hid a clouted mind as she weaved through the forest. Her view from above would let her see a broader scope of the area but it didn't come without consequence. She would be easily seen a direct conflict with two armed men didn't look two favorable for her even if one was injured. Keeping low and hidden was how she would be able to come on top.
Running a brisk pace through the forest Miria slowed as she neared the area her eyes lost track of them. Dimmed ruby eyes surveyed the light forest ahead of her as she ducked under some light foliage trying to stay hidden. Finally movement was seen as the two moved through her field of vision one armed with a large axe while the injured man, heavily tattooed around his head, had an axe and long knife ready. A slight limp could be seen from the one she shot as the two suspiciously waded through the forest. Her initial strike wasn't enough as the man gritted his teeth angrily wincing with ever step he took, it was now or never. Closer to the ground and in a range she was modestly accurate she visualized her target as she slowly nocked the bow's string back...
"We have to get out of here! You don't suppose Foley's contact went bad do ya? Those Icewatch aren't suppose to hear about who is missing!
Exhaling loudly Miria let loose another shot whistling through the air. A small twang echoed through the air followed by a loud TWACK!!! as the arrow buried itself in a tree. Looking now Miria gasped slightly as she noticed the axeman's shoulder was now joined with the tree. A look of anguished was seen on his face as he tried to free himself from the arrow as the looked at his companion, panicked.
"I now pronounce you man and tree," Miria remarked as she slipped into view. Her voice mocking as her eyes furrowed in an attempt to intimidate the other man.
However underestimating her first victim's resolve she hesitated for a moment as the man let loose his battle shout charging to her position. Fumbling with her quiver Miria found her arrow and brought it to her bow a few moments two late as she sidestepped man's murderous blow aimed at her head. Nearly stumbling on the forest floor Miria was able to find secure enough footing to awkwardly assume her shooting position. Staggering from the attack Miria was able to quickly aim a shot at the side of his back before he turned.
The man dropped his dagger as he clutched his new wound turning to fervently yell at her, Miria assumed, bloody murder for the pain she caused her. This time Miria was ready for his verbal mind game adequetely readying another arrow before letting it loose. The name dove to the right as the arrow came zipping past him. Hearing a groan to her left Miria saw the axeman freed himself from the tree and was starting his waytowards her. Miria filled with mild shock drew her arrow back reaching the 40 kilogram weight she was used to, stepping away from the two.
