Aarias Stormshadow - Diamond Clan Appearance: Race: Human, Drykas Gender: Male Age: 20 Birthday: 7, Fall, 492 AV Birthplace: Stormshadow Pavilion of the Diamond Clan Strider: Dark Bay Courser by the name of Nevzor - 5 Years Old Appearance: Aarias stands at 6'0", towering over most other Drykas' but still being looked down at by others. His 167 pound weight is mainly the contribution of years in the Sea of Grass, learning how to fight with bare fists and or wield weapons such as bows, staffs and swords. His sunkissed skin shows his dedication in training, spending his bare torso days in the sun. His auburn blonde hair comes down to his shoulders, letting the thick locks be taken by the wind. His sharp blue eyes seeming to see something that everyone is missing. The right side of his chest, complete right arm and back are covered in thick Windmarks. Aarias prefers to keep his well kempt scruff of a beard to show his maturity but out of respect, to his family and clan, he shaves it for festivities, funerals, feasts and other key events. He always has his father's chain linked necklace clasped around his neck. Character Concept: Aarias is very quiet when surrounded by a daunting environment or a crowded new social setting. His gaze is almost always concentrated, busy studying his surroundings as well as the people who populate them. When it comes to close friends, family, and clan members, he will protect as many as he physically can. His strength and honor, he calls, his personal allies. He is respectful to all and outspoken to those who have gained his trust, those who are close to him. These few include family, clan members, friends, and other Drykas. Few know of his hidden anger, mainly expressed through combat or under extreme circumstances. Aarias has been known to have a desire to prove himself to others, becoming a daredevil at the best and worst of times. They both grew up knowing their parents from afar, hearing many tales of their father's curing leather expertise and mother's accurate shot. Heavily influenced by Terrasar and his friends, the two brothers found themselves training from an early age to be warriors and one day join their uncle amongst the Windmarked Drykas. He, along with his brother, earned their Windmarks a year apart at the age of fifteen. It always seemed that everything Vacien excelled at, Aarias was always one step behind, mastering the subject a year or so later. For a while, it bothered Aarias but he has learned to accept who he is, not who his brother is. Excelling at the bow, Aarias was influenced to become an excellent marksman by Terrasar. Even though, out of respect, he uses the bow often, he prefers the rush and footwork from fighting in close combat with a sword or bare fists.
