Basic Information

    Name: Silas Osmer
    Race: Symenestra
    Birthday: 17 Winter, 492 AV (17)
    Gender: Male
    Sexual Orientation: Bisexual
    Language: Common
    Basic Language: Symenos
Physical description

    Silas stands around 5,8 and weighs in around 145 pounds. His hair is grown out to his mid-back and is a white bordering on silver. He is very thin due to his Symenestra blood, and could often be described as looking a little feminine. Though his hair is quite a shocking white, the feature that stands out first to most strangers are his golden irises and the scars that run over his right eye and neck.

Character Concept

    Silas was a very gentle soul since birth, always looking for a new adventure or trying to help someone even if it was impossible. He tries his best to look at the bright side of everything, though his past will sometimes steer him on the wrong path. He has much faith in love and wants to find his true soul-mate. Though he has a gentle nature he can be very possessive of his things and close ones.

Character History

    Silas grew up in the slums with his little sister Izrarali. His parents had abandoned them for reasons they don't know. His sister was born with a weak immune system causing her to be very delicate towards viruses and the weather. It was Winter of 499 and Silas was the tender age of 7 when his sister caught ammonia and died at 5. Even since then Silas has been practicing with herbs and medicine never wanting to have anyone die while he is capable of doing something about it. He lives out his life as a traveler from Kalea.

Nephilim's Character Sheet Intervention

Hi there Silas, and welcome to the wonderful world that is Mizahar!

My name is Nephilim, and I am simply your friendly neighborhood Character Sheet Liaison! Which means I jump in when I see something that needs tweaking, but overall, I am harmless.

I just finished reading your Character Sheet, and I must say I enjoyed your character! HIs concept is fantastic, and his history, though short, was very heart touching and emotional.

There are a few minor issues which do need to be addressed, which I have outlined below.

--> Name

While I personally like the name you have chosen, it really doesn't fit within the Sym Naming loreregarding family/web names and how male names should sound.

--> History

While it is well thought out, a Sym cherishes family above all else, so your history of being abandoned is a bit out of place with the city and the race.

--> Skills

The Skill "Posions" is a bit broad, and as per theSkills List(Specifically the Posions) it is required you be a bit more specific about the family of poison you are skilled with

--> Lores

Your lore of Sickness Symptoms is a bit vague. Lores are about specifcs knowledges and the like your character may know.

For more information about lores, read here

--> Posessions

The posessions you have listed are fine; however, the starting package does come with a bit more that you should notate. Information on the starting package and what it contains can be found Here

--> Housing.

Every character lives somewhere, and even if you traded in your house for the extra starting cash, we would still like you to include a housing section in your CS.

This makes it very easy for the staff to glance at your sheet and be able to locate the important information instead of having to read through history or old threads to find where your character is living.

Housing :
Housing

Each character starts out with a rudimentary form of shelter. Some PCs will want an actual cottage or equivalent in a city of their choice, other PCs might rather have a means of living anywhere and travel. Each option (the city dweller or the roaming wanderer) is roughly equivalent in value to the other one, though PCs can only choose one of the two options. If your PC does not require shelter, you may 'cash in' shelter for 500 gold rimmed mizas and add that to your money total. Feel free to see the Price list for an explanation of the gear. Please note, 'cottage' is a loose term. Depending on where you start, this could be a 400 square foot space in a cave, a suite of rooms in Stormhold Castle, or even a cute little beach bungalow on Konti Isle.
■ 1 basic 20x20 single room cottage (400 sq feet) with a hearth, bunk, chest, chair, and small table.

or...
■ 1 large tent (4 person), large tarp, 100 ft of rope, flint & steel, lantern, 2 torches, bedroll, blanket, fishing tackle & hooks, a riding horse, a full set of tack, and a large set of saddlebags. See Horses for the breed of mount you want to pick. However, keep your horse value right around 200 gm or less, which excludes Sungolds and Tiaden Warhorses.

or...
■ Svefra characters have an option for a starting package available to them. Rather than a home or tent/horse package, they can indeed start with a small casinor and its equipment. Ships don't automatically come with a mounted harpoon. Harpoons for casinors cost 50 GM extra and can fire 160 feet. Bolts cost 1 GM for a bundle of 10 bolts. These are equivalent to a heavy crossbow mounted to the bow.

or...
■ Starting in Syliras, please note that your starting package does not include a cottage; instead, it includes a 20x20 apartment with the furniture listed in the Housing section. As it is the cheapest housing available, the apartment is situated deep within the interior of Stormhold Citadel and does not include any windows, only ventilation shaft to bring in fresh air. Each hallway is lined with torches which are kept lit at all hours of the day, allowing for light and giving residents free access to something to light their hearth from. A diagram is included below:

Once you have made the above changes, send me a PM and I will happily remove my intervention from your CS!

~Cheers
