Character History ◦ Pre-Creation - Faylinn grew up in a human family in Sylira, raised with high morals and a strong work impulse. She was taught to go by the motto, "If you want something done well, do it yourself." And of course, "If you're going to do a job, you might as well make it a job well done." Her mother's sister was an adventurer and found herself near Cyphrus at a fairly young age, and quickly fell in love with one of the Drykas' men. A few months later, a strider chose her, and she became a part of the Emerald Clan. Due to this, Faylinn was taught the Pavi language from her preteen years and on, and so can speak it fairly well. When she reached womanhood, her aunt gave her a simple knotted silver ring as a gift in celebration. Then, at the age of 18, her family went on a trip to visit her aunt's tribe; however, the horses they rode were attacked in the night by some odd mutated dire beast, and Faylinn was thrown. She hit her head on a rock, knocked unconscious, and was thus ignored by the creature.
