The Diamond of Kalea is located on Kalea's extreme west coast and called as such because its completely made of a crystalline substance called Skyglass. Home of the Alvina of the Stars, cultural mecca of knowledge seekers, and rife with Ethaefal, this remote city shimmers with its own unique light.

A Spar to start off the Spring season (Vaas)

1st day of Spring 513av

Ayda was starting to develop a ritual each night he had off work of going to Alheas park to train. He liked the atmosphere the place gave off and it was one of the few places spacious enough that he could practice relatively free fo crowds. He had to look hard for the secluded areas but they were worth looking for. It was wonderful to be alone with only the sounds of nature and the beautiful landscape that it provided. The Ahleas park was home of some of the more interesting examples of flora and fauna, they were full of such vibrant colours and all of it seemed to glow. Ayda was sure he would never get tired of this place. While there were people making noise in the distance it was fairly peacful. Only the occasional rustling of leaves cause by a squirrel or the pleasant chirping of a bird. Ayda could still feel a slight chill form but that was the only thing winter had left behind, the forest was free to start growing again.

Once he found a decent spot, layed his Quarterstaff on the ground and started his usual stretches and exercises. He started with doing several reps of jumping jacks until he started to sweat. He was breathing deeply and he could feel his heart beat in his chest. He then began the process of touching his toes, from a standing position he bent down and let his hands reach for his toes. He could feel the stretch in his hamstrings as his hands got closer to his feet. Ayda reverted back to a standing position and moved his torso side to side to stretch his back. Ayda layed down on his chest and lifted the top part of his body up to stretch his back. Ayda rolled over on to his back and pushed himself up of the ground with his arms. His back arched into a bridge, which stetched his abdominal area. He eased himself down and started doing Crunches he managed to do about Thirty before he felt the strain but he pushed through it and managed to do about fifty. Not his personal best but it would do. He flipped over and started doing push ups, he did his usual twenty. He probably should have done more but didn't feel like pushing it tonight.

After the work out he seeked out a nearby Wanamu tree and sat beside it. He knew they had properties that help rejuvenate people that are near it and needed its assistance. It took a lot less time to for the process to work and Ayda was back to his energized self again before he even realized it.

He walked back to his staff which was still laying on the ground where he hadleft it and picked it up, He shifted himself into his fighting stance ready to practice the use of his weapon but didn't really know where to start.

A Spar to start of the Spring season (Vaas)

Postby Vaas on March 4th, 2013, 1:52 am

Walking down the path, Vaas heard Ahleas Park was one of the biggest tourist traps on Lhavit, and he wanted to hear the place from himself. Walking through the forest, Vaas could hear something small moving through the fallen leaves of last year. He figured it was a squirrel or a rabbit, but he wasn't sure and he keep walking down the dirt path. Eventually, he made it to a clearing, and he could hear the sound of happy birds chirping in the distance. He figured the birds were excited about winter, but he didn't know for sure. He could tell the air was still cool in the park, so he left on his katinu. He could hear wasn't alone in the clearing, and it sounded like a man was exercising. Vaas just arrived here in the new city, so he still had a abnormal bout of awkwardness when he introduce himself to the citizens of Lhavit. He decided to stay out the man's way, so he walked by the edge of trees to tree with no snow under it.

Vaas set down his backpack and pulled out his wooden flute and rag. He didn't want to use his metal flute because the cool wind would make the sound horrible. He sat on the backpack, so he wasn't in the mud, and he looked in the direction. He heard the man practicing, and he started to play a soft melody. He been working on the music ever since he had been on the road. It was a gentler tune than most Inarta songs, but he could tell it still needed work. He started to play a few notes, but he had to stop because it wasn't how he wanted to start the song. He decided to play the name notes in a more haunting tone trying to make it sound like the blowing wind of the mountain. He liked how it sounded, so he mental tried to remember the notes in his head. He looked towards the person exercising, and he said to him with a smile, “Sorry, I hope I am not disturbing you. By the way my name is Vaas, and I am a Inarta from Wind Reach.” He sat his apology and he waited patiently for a response. While he was waiting, he started to repeated the last measure of notes with his fingers.
