On Non-Drykas Webbing

It says in the lore that Drykas cannot teach the Web to non-Drykas. However, it also says that non-Drykas can be accepted into clans as family. Where's the line drawn between Drykas and non-Drykas in terms of the web?

A non-Drykas is accepted into the culture by bonding with a strider. They become Drykas at that point and could potentially learn webbing. The line is, if you want Webbing, you need to be a Drykas.

So if I were a former Svfera and ended up bonding with a strider through a series of events, would I list my race as Svfera or Drykas?
