Dempsey DeCoud Basic Information Race:Human Birthday: 25th of Summer Age: 23 Gender:Male Physical Description He stands just under 6 feet tall and weighs roughly 175 pounds. His build is athletic from having worked many years on a ship while growing up in Zeltiva. His hair is light brown and usually kept cut short and his eyes are a dark green, almost emerald in color. Character Concept He grew up in a poor family in Zeltiva but he grew up with enough to get by and he was always taken care of and happy. His father taught him all about life on the sea, how to sail, and how to fish. While he enjoyed fishing and sailing he always knew that he was meant for greater things than living sailor’s life. Normally he is in good spirits and enjoys life as best he can. He always seemed popular but never felt particularly close to anyone other than his parents, not to say that he didn’t have friends. After his time at the university in Zeltiva he feels that he is able to get along with just about anyone after having spent time there and on a ship growing up. His studies led him down a medical path and he spent much of his time there researching medicine. Due to his financial situation he spent a noticeably longer time at the University. Character History Born and raised in Zeltiva, his family was fairly poor growing up. His father worked on a ship, either fishing or away on some trading ship, so he was often away at sea. His mother raised him for the most part. Despite his father's extended absences he maintained a good relationship with him. They often spent time together out on his father's boat or in the harbor fishing. When he was of age he began working with his father against his mother’s wishes. However he learned soon enough that that kind of work was not what he wanted to do. Instead he set his sights on the University of Zeltiva and worked hard to maintain exceptional grades during his time there. He often had to takes leaves of absences so that he could go and work to pay his tuition. One day his father went off on a ship and never returned; nothing was ever heard of what happened the people on that ship. As crushed as he was he continued to work diligently on his grades and worked even harder to take care of his mother. Soon after he graduated from the university his mother passed away.
