Nessa smiled slightly at the man. It appeared that he really liked the city of Nyka, but whenever she'd spent time there she'd noticed a certain air of hostility towards strangers, and those who didn't look like Nykans... She'd never experienced it herself, being born and raised there, but she seen it aimed at others, and it wasn't something she liked... It had led her to believe that everyone was hostile towards outsiders, and that was why she'd avoided interaction with others... "Everytime I've been here I've noticed a certain hostility towards other races and those who don't look like Nykans... I'm surprised you haven't experienced that..." she said quietly before looking up at the man and smiled again. "That would be really nice!" ~~~•~~~

"I have associate with many people in there and I tend to keep out of people's ways unless I have to. It just seems to work out better that way." I said to her as I looked around and then continued to walk down a pathway ... "Where would you like to go from here? Would you like to go down to the docks and see what is going on? Sometimes when it is calm and not too busy down there I like to sit and put my feet in the water and look at what is going on." I said to her stills smiling, but not full smiling so that my fangs were hidden; a lot of people were afraid of them.

"I found that most of the world is hostile..." she mumbled to herself, unaware that she had spoken, before she looked up at the man as he asked if she'd like to go down to the docks... "I'd love to go there then!" she said, her smile becoming a grin that stretched from ear to ear as she though of the idea... Just relaxing and watching everything else... It wasn't something she'd done for a long time! She'd been too busy for all the years she'd spent wandering! Since her parents had moved to Sunberth!

Vladimir smiled as she said that she would join him down at the docks. He loved to go there when it wasn't busy just to sit there and think and sit for awhile and look out to the sea. When the city was so busy with people always judging, always looking at him differently, always seeming to be afraid of him, it was just a nice place to relax. "Not many people judge you when they are coming off of the boats, and the merchants on the boats don't care as long as you are interested or buy something that they are selling. Which is why I don't mind being down there, and when it is quite there which is usually early in the morning or later at night, I like to put my feet in the water and just relax and clear my head." Vladimir smiled as he talked to her hoping that things would be positive from here on out.

Nessa nodded again as she listened to the man. She loved places that were quiet, or with people that didn't judge you, but that was a rare novelty to find in these times! "How long have you been in Nyka for?" she asked, a short while after the man finished speaking, slightly curious as to how a Symenestra ended up in Nyka... It wasn't something she'd have thought as being the usual place for a Symenestra to live! "And how did you end up here?" she asked softly, tilting her head slightly.

"How I ended up here is still a haze to me I am still not entirely sure, but I am here and that I do know. I have been here since the start of the season and I have my quiet places already and I know what I can and cannot do and to stay out of the way of the "government" ... " I said to her with a smile. "Part of the reason why I am still here is to find out how I got here and why I am here, I just woke up and I was here. No memory of anything."

Nessa listened intently to the man's words, occasionally nodding in agreement... Knowing your limits and keeping out of peoples way were two of the strategies that had kept her out of trouble, and they were two strategies she would always believe in! Then she heard him say the reason why he was still in Nyka and that he didn't know how he'd got there... "What if staying in Nyka is keeping that information from you? What if the only way you'll discover how you got there is by leaving and visiting other places?" Nessa mumbled, more thinking aloud than speaking to the Symenestra...

"Oh trust me I have thought that thought over and over again, but I have decided that I will stay here for a season and then see where I am going to go. I plan on staying in each new place for at least one season but maybe more and to go from there. "

Vladimir said as he kept walking the way towards the docks. Not sure of what to say to her now as he has told her more than he has told anyone that he has met here.

"It would appear that we have very different mindsets..." Nessa said, smiling softly. "The rest of my family all live in Sunberth, and they have done for quite some time! It was when they moved there that I decided not to live anywhere! The longest I've stayed anywhere was three days!" she smirked slightly. "I find that I cannot stand the amounts of people! And it's cheaper to sleep in a tent! So I move around all the time... Whereas you are staying in one place for a season..." She spoke softly, realising that she was probably making no sense! "Sorry... I'm going on a bit! Do you have a name at all?"
