Small clouds of dry dust kick up around the hooves of Neirand as he carries Ellanore along the safe roads of cyprus. She lay back, her long lithe legs draped over his withers, her crisp green eyes watching the sky, her ears twisting and her jaw flexing as she stays alert with her surroundings. Elle has been on the road for less than a day, and soon, it would be dark. The small hairs on the back of her neck prickled at the idea of darkness. She knew she would be fine, being able to burrow or hide in the shadows if she was in trouble, but Neirand would be left out in the open and vulnerable. As much as she would like to keep him from harm, Ellanore knew that if push came to shove she would have to abandon her friend. Her lips twist into a small grimace at the thought, she shook her head to break apart those nasty images, instead concentrating on the sharp calls of small birds and the weak squeaks of mice as they scuttle about trying to get out of harms way.
Twisting her head out toward the horizon, her eyes skim over the tall grass. Elle still had no idea where she was going, but away from Riverfall and toward a bond, was a good start. Long silver locks of hair flow over the rump of her stallion. Grumble. Her stomach complains, it had been a few hours since she fed. Sitting up she gently pulled on Neirands reigns, he stopped with little complaint, his mouth quickly dropping to the ground to nuzzle the grass, nibbling here and there.
Ellanore, sweeps her leg over her steed, dropping to the ground with a light thud. She quickly looks around, after deciding she is alone. She undoes the clasps of her wrap, she tugs at the soft emerald material, it slides to the ground to pool in the dust. A stark contrast against the rough browns of dirt. Just as quickly as it took her clothing to hit the ground, her form ripples with energy, her body contorting into its truest form. The sleek angled curves and short fur of the silver fox, catches and ruffles gently in the breeze.
Elle makes her way into the grass, it runs like fluid around her body, swallowing her into its mass.
