One word could describe Coralin: Sweet.
Born as the eldest daughter, though not the eldest child, to Orkis Draer, Coralin had most definitely coasted for the majority of her life. With the way already paved for her by her elder siblings, and no expectation to do so for the younger ones, Cora was able to drift for the majority of her years, getting away with more than she should by plying a sweet smile and a hug. The life of a middle child wasn’t
always bad.

Now, it stands to be said that Cora didn’t intentionally pawn her work off on others, nor did she actively look to shirk her duties. Rather, it was merely the result of her gracefully accepting what was offered unto her. The simple fact was that Coralin was unaware of just how easy she had it. Painfully innocent for one her age, Coralin tended to believe the best in people despite the warnings of others. Naivety was only a breath away.
With the good morals instilled upon her by her father, Cora conducted herself with poise and kindess, listening to others words before lashing out judgment and perhaps giving a bit more of herself to others than was completely necessary. Quick to laugh and smile, the young woman was a universally agreed pleasure to be around, even though she lived in a world veiled from the darker side of things; and that veil just begged to be torn away.
Her inability to spot the bad in others also muted the girls own sensibilities of right and wrong, easily swayed into a decision should one speak sweetly enough. When she did believe deeply in something, however, those values held strong. With this garbled batch of ethics, the young, sweet, woman could very well surprise you.
