Her complexion is fair, creamy and smooth. She goes to great lengths to ensure her skin remains unblemished, careful of the sun and the decidedly insect-laden environment of the swamp. Her appearance is meticulously cared for and she is rigorous in her attention to detail. Her five foot nine stature offers Solene the capability to look down her nose at most, a trait she employs often. Grey eyes are framed by dark lashes, their silvery pools laced with the emotion of the bell, shifting as her moods evolve. Expressive might describe her eyes were it not for the expertly honed ability to mask deceit readily with a kind gaze or a mirthful warmth. When driven to anger her glare is heartless and Solene vanity knows no bounds. Immaculate tresses are maintained with meticulous care. A natural brunette Solene's luminous hair shifts with her moods, most often a rich brown. In the summer months, however, the wavy lengths are highlighted with softer warmer hues, even edging on bronze or coppery. Braids, jewels and beads often accompany the intricate hairstyles, a reflection of her status and wealth. She will occasionally leave her hair loose, the smooth waves curving down her back and swept from her face with a gilded pin or comb. Solene is nothing if not well dressed. Nothing about her attire suggests simplicity. Even her nightgowns bear the threads of the elite. In public she not only proclaims her status with her clothes but her moods as well. Diaphanous fabrics keep her skin cool in the fetid heat of the bayou summers whilst accentuating the curves of her lithe body, enticing and advertising wealth. Her colors tend toward a darker pallet, the hues rich and deep. One does not often find Solene bedecked in pastels or frilly accessories. Her clothing is an extension of her personality and she uses it as such. Rigid, corseted gowns with ornate paneling and gold trimmed hems indicate firm resolve and absolute authority, worn most commonly during the bells of work in which she oversees the Radacke Shipping company. Intricate vines stitched into the rich textiles of dresses that dip well below her collarbone to expose a sensuous display of decolletage are paraded during evening balls and social events. Personality Solene's priorities lie with the ever shifting power-struggle in the swamp of Kenash. To call her manipulative would be an understatement for she is the picture of deviousness shrouded in a veil of 'good' intentions and hospitality. Kindness radiates from her in warm smiles and acts of generosity, almost entirely convincing to the unsuspecting recipient. Her deceit knows no bounds and her wiles are expertly honed to achieve an end goal. Solene may laugh and play demure but sharp eyes are ever assessing and observing any indication of weakness. Endearing sentiments and seemingly innocent banter drip with poison as she weaves a web for her victim that she will use against them later. Her goals are ever self serving and she has no tolerance for pointless interactions. Altruism is foreign to her and veritably the weakness of fools. In her youth she was vengeful and careless, though she has since reigned in this behavior. The impetuous and moody outbursts that defined her adolescence have all but receded to the edges of her personality, peripheral and under control until she is alone. Her temper, however, should it be incurred, is vicious and explosive. Solene is rarely satisfied with simply a verbal lashing, her wrath quelled most effectively with swift and cruel physical action. For those who she cannot maim or otherwise injure to sooth her ire she resorts to calculating and malicious methods of repercussion. Solene is not above using her body as a means to achieve lofty goals. Her scheming often goes hand in hand with sexual encounters and her appetite is grand. There are those she routinely seeks purely for a carnal release of stress and physical activity. But those with whom she is intimate with on this level are nothing more than trinkets to satisfy another bodily need. She is at times politically motivated to bed a man and her intentions are purely narcissistic. Solene has no shame and is unabashed in blatant sexual advances, though she is keenly aware when such behaviors will benefit her.
