Ronin Stormcloud of the Diamond Clan Appearance Race: Drykas Gender: Gender Age: 25 Birthday: 2nd day of Summer, Year 488AV Birthplace: Sea of Grass Appearance: Ronin stands at 6’00’’ tall at his highest and has a very muscular yet slight build almost like it was honed by training. He has long brown hair tied back in an elaborate knot, and a very elaborate windmark covering the entirety of his right arm symbolizing his specialization in archery. Character Concept Ronin is a very strong willed individual who believes in serving the Diamond Clan and his Pavilion to the death. Honor and respect is a massive part of Ronin’s moral code as well. Ronin's biggest passion is his devotion to the Wind God Zulrav, the only thing even close to his love of the wind is Ronin’s passion for archery and horseback riding. Ronin is accepting of most individuals except with extreme scorn for those who disrespect his Ankel and break the laws of his people. Character History Ronin was born in the Sea of Grass just before the meeting at Endrykas, as in a few weeks before actually. Over the years he trained in archery with his father, and he had decided to enter the service of the Wind God Zulrav when tragedy struck his family. A storm had formed over the area where their Pavilion had settled and fairly suddenly a lightning storm began, igniting the grass all around their camp. Much of the camp was able to escape including Ronin and Diluran, his strider. However his mother, who was pregnant with his younger brother, was much too slow to escape and fell behind. His father then turned his mount around, yelling at Ronin to keep riding with the Pavilion, and that he would catch up with them later. That was the last Ronin saw of his direct family. From that day on Ronin considered his only true family to be Diluran. He was never close to any of the cousins he grew up with so to him they were family, yes, but not blood truly. He had never truly felt the connection to them the way he had his father. The one person he was able to connect with however was his Ankel, who happened to be his Great Uncle on his father's side, who guided him towards his dream of being a Stormwarden. Rorin had heard of the power of the Stormwardens and revered the great god Zulrav, but from then on his purpose became to become a Stormwarden and protect those he loved from ever befalling a tragedy like he had.
