Plot ideas for later recovery

Anders recalls develops a relationship with a PC where he falsely believes that she is the woman in one of his visions. They both eventually find out that this is wrong.

Sometime later, I want Anders to discover that one of the two actual women is a ghost and emotionally fractured into anger and rage. I want this ghost to have been a part of Anders' experiments and studies. She tries to convince him to kill someone in order to "make" a ghost.
