If you look at my Plotnotes I have loads of plans in Zeltiva and the Sea of Grass. But the man has let me down and I need another form of getting to either Syliras or Zeltiva and if Syliras, going to Zeltiva shortly after. If by boat, we may have to stop a bit in the middle and find Jh'eon's sister.
Anyway looking for boats to Syliras and people who can help Jh'eon from Syliras to Zeltiva. If not boats then caravan to Syliras. Preferably caravans but either way is great.
