A city floating in the center of a lake, Ravok is a place of dark beauty, romance and culture. Behind it all though is the presence of Rhysol, God of Evil and Betrayal. The city is controlled by The Black Sun, a religious organization devoted to Rhysol. [Lore]

It was a bright and shiney day as Lokier walked down the street. He had no emotion on his face but a slight smile, that was always how it was after a robbery. He was proud of himself. He stole from a wealthy man who was somehow involved in politics, Lokier didn't know or care. The man had much more than he needed, thus leeding to why Lokier was carrying around a pouch of gold mizas. He planned on giving all this away. He didn't need it, soon he would but not now.

Lokier did have a desire for earthly possessions. He didn't need them. Not yet. But he wanted them. But right now he saw a bum who was about to get 250 gold mizas and didn't even know it. This is why he felt his work was justified. He got down to eye level with the man and smiled at him. He dropped the pouch next to him and walked away without saying anything.

His faithful hawk was on his shoulder, and although he was an animal, Lokier seemed to understand him. And he seemed to aprove. As Lokier was walking away, he stroked the hawk, and thanked him for his loyalty. He did this regularly. But he always did it after he gave money away. Seeing these bums made him thankful for what he had. He heard a scream, but a happy scream, from the bum. Lokier smiled as he walked down the street.

Ademonalai felt so lost and desperate to know anyone in this big city. She watched as Lokier handed the mizas to the poor man. Taking him to be a nice fellow, she walked up to him and said hello.

OOCCan you put up a Time Stamp for the thread please?

White chalk, stone street, it was roughly empty at the time, excluding for Halleck himself of course. The young man was knelt down, slowly, carefully drawing on said stone stones with a simple white stick of chalk, and judging by the stern look of seriousness locked on his face, the process was painstaking. To most people, it would appear that Halleck was a madman (which might have been true still) simply drawing intriguing shapes he made up in his head, and though it was true, it was not the full correct story. Halleck was drawing a glyph, which was indeed a very important painstaking process. If he was to make a mistake, it could possibly be as simple as rubbing out said mistake and correcting his error via redrawing the portion. However, a mistake that could not simply be 'rubbed out', most likely due to smearing, would ruin the entire glyph, forcing Halleck to try again.

Halleck, only about a quarter of the way finished with his glyph, glanced up frantically to see two men coming towards him, Lokier and Ademonalai, and though they looked neither threatening nor violent, he was worried they'd stop him, he was so busy, so much to do, he could not wait for the likes of commoners to impede his work, he was so busy. So busy. Busy. Halleck, eyes naturally full of panic, hysteria, or paranoia, quickly turned back, facing his nose straight towards the ground, and he continued the drawing of his glyph. What was it going to be? He didn't know yet, probably a path, if he could manage. He doubted his accuracy with the glyph was quite at that level, but it was worth a shot right? No! No, he couldn't do that yet, if he wasn't ready and couldn't perform it, he had wasted time, and wasting time was not possible, he had to do what he could do until he could do more, and only then would he do was he initially could not do.

"Easy Halleck, easy boy. Don't get distracted, they won't bother you, they don't even see you. You don't see them, they don't see you. If you don't look them in the eyes, they won't notice you here, you are fine, don't draw your gaze to them." Halleck nodded frantically to himself as he muttered commands, as if there were in fact two organisms in one body, a pilot and a commander of said pilot, though, oddly enough, the two of them typically agreed with each other, perhaps it was because they were both Halleck. Maybe.
