[Yumi Seishen]

Yumi's head was spinning, not so much from the blood loss but from the instant realization of everything that had happened the second the man jumped out of the tree to help her. Time seemed to go faster as information flooded her mind, leaving her unable to comprehend what was happening at the moment.

Once her senses returned, time slowed down enough for her to realize she was being carried. The pain from her wound now registering, her eyes widened and she let out a scream, gripping the material covering it. Squeezing her eyes shut as she buried her face into the older man's shoulder, unknowingly, trying to ignore the pain and focus on something else.

Also trying not to think about the fact that she let herself get hit so hard by her own prey that she was not only injured but forgot what her own plan was, she shifted her thoughts to anything else that crossed her mind at that moment.
