A Knight or Helpful Resource in Syliras??

...I'm trying to develop Eva's search for her brother. I need to plot with some one who would have seen him pass through Syliras, possibly a Knight or some other authority figure? More than one are welcome to apply! Should be a pretty fun thread, one that could lead into his discovery.
