Avanthalans, unite!

I'm looking for someone to RP with in Avanthal.

If anyone's up for it, it'd be cool to, perhaps, learn a new skill together (I have been thinking about musical skills) or do something more adventurous like try to discover the root of some mysterious problem... Or anything, really. If you have anything you'd really like to do, tell me!

I'd be up for a chance encounter/introduction of some sort. This is all still new and exciting to me, so I haven't settled on a direction for Xelic. I'm pretty much open to try just about anything within the confines of the city, as long as it doesn't involve boarding a boat at the port.

Cool! Well, looking at Avanthal's Calendar of Events, there's a celebration on 55 Summer. I feel like Jossa would be there, even if he were just watching from the sidelines, out of respect for Morwen.

Would Xelic attend that celebration? What would he do there?

He would most likely not be in the back section with the repaired statue, preferring to observe from a distance and work on a poem to capture the destruction of the Djed and it's impact on the yard as well as the people of Avanthal.

You have another new player interested, if you don't mind accommodating him... er, me. Presuming you don't, and the question posed to Xelic holds true for anyone wishing to join in the fun, Rysmarin would definitely attend just for the chance to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the festivities... He'd also likely end up getting himself in some kind of trouble before the end of it, but there in lies the fun! XD

Hi Jossa, Xelic, and Rysmarin! Vanari is a fellow Vantha and could definitely attend the celebration as well

She is traveling constantly and will be stopping in her native region right before heading down to Syliras. I'm down for any kind of thread, so just hit me up

Since it seems like there's a fair amount of interest in the celebration, I think we should make an open topic for all of us to participate in. Does that sound good to everyone?
