The Wilderness of Cyphrus is an endless sea of tall grass that rolls just like the oceans themselves. Geysers kiss the sky with their steamy breath, and mysterious craters create microworlds all their own. But above all danger lives here in the tall grass in the form of fierce wild creatures; elegant serpents that swim through the land like whales through the ocean and fierce packs of glassbeaks that hunt in packs which are only kept at bay by fires. Traverse it carefully, with a guide if possible, for those that venture alone endanger themselves in countless ways.

Silly Akalak rabbit's do bite

Duce kneeled in the grass watching his prey from a distance. He clenched the wooden stick in this hand as he quietly moved through the grass trying to close the distance between him and the large hare that grazed in the grass. He had been tracking the rabbit for days now, knowing that it was the same rabbit from the distinctive patch of hair missing on its back from when Duce had to tear the animal from his arm when it attacked him. Pausing in a pose that was most uncomfortable, Duce tried his hardest not to make a sound as the rabbit lifted its head up to view its surroundings. Not only was he hurting his legs with all of the weight upon them, but to make it all better he was standing on an ant pile as the little critters traveled up and down his leg giving him small pinches with there maws.

No longer being able to stand the ever growing bites of the ants, Duce jumped forward toward the small hare and taking off after it when his feet hit the ground. He chased the rabbit through the grass and over hills hoping to catch it before it reach another one of it's holes and escaped his grasp yet once again. Duce pulled out his stick and swung wildly at the animal with no Avail.
Duce sped up trying to keep up with the hare's quick reflexes and sharp turns almost falling and losing his hunt at one point of the chase. Duce dove onto the ground and stuffed his arm into the rabbit's hole as it disappeared under ground. At first he felt nothing as he continued to shove his arm into the dry cold tunnel feeling around for anything that was worth pulling out.

"Hello" He said feeling the soft fur of the rabbit and maneuvering his hand to grasp the furry creature and pull it out from within. Finally getting a firm grip on the squirming animal, Duce felt the sharp pain of the animal biting down into his hand and breaking skin. "Petch!" Duce screamed out feeling his blood run. He was officially upset. Pulling out his Lakan, he began stabbing the ground in the area that the underground struggle was occurring killing the large rabbit and cutting his hand in the process. Pulling his hand out, he analyzed his kill. It was messy...Too messy to try and sell. Deciding to skin, gut, clean, and cook the animal, he tossed it into the sack with the other small animals he caught. He may have no met his daily expectation, but this was proof to himself that he was getting better.
