Samon Sinders Appearance Race: Human Gender: Male Age: 16 Birthday: 20th of Winter 497 Birthplace: Syliras Samon is a young man standing about 5'7". With short cut brown hair lightly curling on top of his head, light brown eyes, a well shaved face and a slender posture he doesn't really stand out. He is dressed in simple clothing, a pair of brown pants, a clean white shirt and a brown coat. Character Concept Samon is a young man, still half a child, who finds himself alone in Alvadas, the city of illusions which he only knows from tales. Amidst the chaos and mysteries of the city itself he hopes to learn the ins and outs of Alvadas' cuisine in the hopes of becoming a master chef. Samon has two great loves, food and especially cooking, and stories and mysteries. He tends to listen in on conversations of others he deems interesting, which makes him prone to trouble, as he might overhear more than is good for him. While he has heard many tales he has yet to see the dark side of the world, what will happen when he does only time can tell, but it's certain to change him, for better or for worse. Character History Samon grew up in Syliras. There he has a father, mother, an older brother and a younger sister. With his parent's owning a small pub deep inside the Stormhold Citadel Samon had been helping around in the kitchen from a very young age. While he always looked up to his older brother, who was superior to him in almost every way, there is one thing in which he took great pride. He excelled in cooking. At 13 he caught up to his father and at 15 he started experimenting with more advanced recipes himself, though not always with equal success. Time not spend in the kitchen or doing other chores Samon spend on listening in on travellers as they talked about their home town, or the adventures they encountered on the road. The one thing he could never get enough from were tales about Alvadas. The magical city where nothing is as it seems, the city that constantly changes, and, where nothing tastes as it looks. In order to pursue his dreams in the city of his dreams Samon scraped together every single Coper Miza he could get his hands. With the start of Fall 513 he had finally gathered enough money to cross the Suvan and set sail for the city of illusions. About 30 days later he set foot on the Kalean coast and made his way to Alvadas, hoping to become the apprentice of one of the great chefs that call the city their home.
