Hi Brandyn!
First off, welcome to Mizahar! If you have never done role-playing in the play-by-post format that we use on this website, you are in for a treat! This game is full of nearly endless possibilities and there are many fun things you can do.
That being said, you definitely need to read the
starting guide quite thoroughly. It helps explain all the mechanics of the game as well as how it functions. This game has no 'health' system per se and there is
magic, but it is a skill that must be trained in. Read the starting guide and follow all the links and you will be great!
Also, you need to have a
character sheet setup before you can start posting, which I see that you do not! On a character sheet you get to establish what
raceyour character is, as well as develop his physical appearance, history, and flesh out his character concept. If you look under my avatar, you will see a link to my Character Sheet. Go ahead and look at it to get an idea of what I mean. In this game, your character sheet is a log and record of all you do and helps keep track of all your items, money, as well as travels. Keep it updated!
And this game can be a bit intimidating, in my opinion, with how much lore there is to read. Everyone who plays here understands that and was probably confused at some point in the beginning. I know I was! But it is important to make an effort to learn and try to read the lore before you ask questions, people will really appreciate that, I promise you! Explain the magic system is a bit too broad for people to want to answer, try to read about magic and see what questions arise!
Anyways, welcome to PbP RPing and welcome to Mizahar! I hope I helped and feel free to ask any more questions you have and we will try to help you out.
Cheers,
Amorette
P.S. This game does not have werewolf pups, as I saw that was the title of your thread. Also in threads you need to
Time Stamp, so be sure to read up on that! I know that is confusing, so let me know if I can help further

Good luck!
P.P.S The
Lore is your friend! Read it!
