Character History
The Tatsuwaat tribe was best known for their peaceful nature, and the Wayhali wanted to keep it that way. So how devastated was he when his daughter took off and came back with a new born baby? Very, but that did not mean his love for his daughter and her child was gone. Thaialokuso was instantly married off and her child was raised as a Chaktawe. The young child gained her name faster than she expected, when her mother had given birth to a son when she was only two. Klautomyia seemed like such a fierce name and she wore the name with pride. Even as a young toddler, Myia knew who she was. Being so attached to her grandfather, who was the Wayhali she learned that she had special blood. She took in everything he did and watched as he led the tribe. There was so much curiousity.
By the time she was six, Myia's mom revealed the fact that she was not full blood Chaktawe. Her father was a great warrior who one her heart when he saved her from a stampede of tsukanna. This had to be kept a secret; because, of her mother's ability to birth kids, her husband wanted Myia to be his daughter and no one else's. But it's pretty obvious, since Myia does not have beautiful copper skin like her tribe. Instead she had a light caramel tone like a Myrian.
There was a close bond between Myia and her brother. Being the only two of Wayhali daughter Thaialokosu and Tivsubai, they didn't need to fight for attention and weren't favored by neither parent. Her brother was never interested in the Wayhali at his young age, so he didn't spend as much time with him like Myia did. As a young child Myia always wanted to spend time with the Wayhali but could never take up as much of his time like she wanted. The Wayhali dedicated a lot of his time to his tribe. He loves his granddaughter deeply but does not want it to seem like he favors her, which he doesn't at all.
The time came, Myia had turned fifteen and was sent out into the wilderness on her own. It was a frustrating and hard time for her but she made it through and found herself, and a guardian. It was a life goal of her's to find her guardian. At least it was until she returned to her tribe and found a woman who almost looked exactly like the Klautomyia except she was harder, a lot darker too. She did not have the dark black eyes of a chaktawe or the wonderful copper skin, the woman had made the tribe feel threaten until she explain who she was. The dark woman was a Myrian savage, who was one of the many daughters of Klautomyia's father. Being a bit more adventurous than her sisters, the woman decided to find her long lost sister who was caught between a really bad affair. The long lost sister happened to be Myia. Who seemed to be the only one of her tribe not afraid of the warrior of the queen goddess.
For a short period of time, the warrior stay with the tribe, under the care of Myia's mother and step-father who seemed to be the only one not too thrilled about Myia's sister being a guest. It seemed as if he predicted the future, he was afraid that the Myrian would soon take away his daughter, to meet her real father and another clan. That's exactly what happened. Myia became curious in the culture her sister vividly describe and decided she wanted to travel with her sister.
After much persuading, her father allowed her to leave. Klautomyia's sister was a mysterious person that loved leaving people in suspense. The woman discussed the goddess Myri, the fighting abilities of a Myrian and even the myrian tigers, but she never discussed her clan. It had made Myia furious everytime she asked. Yet, she began to understand her sister little by little. After almost a year of traveling, her sister became her best friend.
As they were passing through the wildlands they ran into a couple slavers. It was the first time her fighting instincts ever kicked in. Klautomyia and her sister were sadly captured and after being defeated. They were taken to Sunberth where they were sold to a group known as the daggerhand. Myia and her sister were split up, taking different positions as slaves. But that never stopped the two from seeing each other frequently. They would temporally meet up but never thought of escaping until the end of fall, 513. As the tried to escape, they were both caught. Well, Klautomyia was officially caught just trapped. She was trapped between the group of men who had caught her sister and the darkness. Klautomyia couldn't move and was forced to watch them kill her sister. Like the slavers, it had to take the whole group to catch her and hold her down.
From that day forward, Myia felt she couldn't leave Sunberth until she revenged her sister, and hacked each and every one of those men into pieces. |
