Known as the Celestial Seat, Nyka is a religious city in Northern Sylira. Ruled by four demigods and traversed by a large crevice, the monk-city is both mystical and dangerous. [Lore]
Celestial Garb is a fine clothing store located in the heart of the Flaxen District of the Eastern Quarter, not too far from Herring Square. Oire Mirilind manages the shop, and his wife Tynybi does the tailor work. Oire took over the store from his uncle, and has built a name for the fine but small establishment.
Oire’s shop is constructed of the dusty-rose colored stone Nyka is renowned for, supported by dark wood. Two large windows stand at attention on either side of the shop’s doors. Celestial Garb itself is between two other stores, a narrow alley separating it from its neighbor to the left. Shelves and tables hold the Celestial Garb’s clothing stock. At the back of the store is a counter, usually presided over by the kind Tynybi. Candles line the windowsills, to provide light and to keep the darkness at bay come night. Three mannequins stand in the room, dressed fresh each day by their masters in clothing newly made.
Walking into the shop might be akin to entering a rainbow, the place bursting with the beautiful and brilliant colored fabrics that Nyka is famous for. The clothing offered by Mirilind is top quality, but is available to both the commonfolk and the finer folk of Nyka. Stacked by article upon the shelves, there is quite a selection offered. Just don't get too rowdy inside. It takes a very long time to stack those shirts.

Summary: When at first one enters the Celestial Garb, they are greeted by a smiling man, stout with a mess of grey hair. A kind and courteous gentleman, Oire inherited the Celestial Garb from his uncle. He uses his friendly manners and open mindedness to befriend his customers and make them feel welcome in his establishment. This tactic works, as he gets to know the people who come into his shop by name and they become regulars. He and his family live in an apartment above the shop, accessed by a door behind the store's counter. A man who simply desires to please the folk that he serves, he is in high regards amongst a good many Nykans, who are always looking for honorable tailors in the brilliantly colored garb they all so lustily crave.
Age: 37 Summary: Tynybi is a matronly woman, expressing warmth and comfort with her simple presence. A fine seamstress, she learned the craft from her parents and just happened to marry into a tailor's family. Women from throughout the city come to Tynybi for assistance when it comes to creating or repairing a piece of clothing. She's a sweet woman who'll sit and gossip with you just as soon as she'd take a bit of embroidery commissioning. She is very loyal to Oire and a loving mother to her daughter, Tynybi lives in the moment every day, content with the life she lives abreast the chaos that Nyka can be at times.
Summary: Amongst the tables and cloth of the Celestial Garb plays a small child, no more than 4, who is as much at home amidst the fabric and pins as a fish is in water. This is little Nya, the only child of Oire and Tynybi. Wise and polite, Nya doesn’t tend to bother her parents’ customers or other children from around the shop, preferring her own company most of the time. Very rarely does she take a shining to a client, but when she does she remains content and polite. Nya is keen to learn and retains information well, her memory sometimes surprising her parents.
