A city floating in the center of a lake, Ravok is a place of dark beauty, romance and culture. Behind it all though is the presence of Rhysol, God of Evil and Betrayal. The city is controlled by The Black Sun, a religious organization devoted to Rhysol. [Lore]

The undead and the pitfighter (miro)

It irked gregory quite a bit to see the man who was so much stronger and faster then him struggle to get back on his feet. But he was sure not to give the man a hand. If he had that much power. Then he was more then able to get back on his feet by himself. He just impassively watched Miro as the man got back on his feet and retrieved his sword. Then he listenend as the man began talking, gritting his teeth as he began talking like a raving lunatic. The only difference between a lunatic and that man was that miro actually was telling the truth. Or at least something like it. He did demonstrate marvellous things that no ordinary man in his state should be able to do. Catching that weapon. Punching him with such strength when he looked like a twig. He was telling him about strength that he had proved he had.

He went on with flattering him a bit. Saying he had potential and that he worked well under pressure. But the most important thing was that he extended that offer of power towards him. He would need to serve him though. He ground his teeth at that offer. How was that different then the situation he was in now. Then he realized it. The offer he had been given was better then his life here. Here he just fought with death every few day's. Gaining nothing. But if he was given that offer of power.. Then he would be serving a god. No doubt that he would have more freedom then he would have now. That and he would have exactly the same power as miro had shown. More freedom. If not absolute freedom and power just for following orders from a god didn't sound that bad an idea to him honestly. Even if it was for an eternity.. Who else could honestly say they managed to live for an eternity anyway.

He still had questions. But the man was already concluding his business with him. Telling him how he could meet him again when he was able to talk it over. Gregory was put back in his cage. Mulling over the offer he had been given today. Maybe it was fake, maybe it wasn't. But it wasn't as if he had anything to lose with throwing his lot in with Miro.
