Malice and Evil in Riverfall

Hey, my name is Natsu, I am a Pycon currently residing in Riverfall. If you have a few moments to read through this thread, it will help show the background for what I'm looking for.

For those of you who want a brief summary:
-Pyve (colection of Pycons) just outside of Riverfall was killed, completely wiped out sometime between early Winter 513 (last season) and the 10th of Spring 514 (when Natsu discovers)
-Searching for anyone 'Evil' (or otherwise misunderstood, learning to control new powers, etc.) whom my character can seek revenge against, possibly fight or do combat with, but (in the case of misunderstood etc.) eventually come to peace or terms with, or (in the case of true evil) lose contact with/lose battle against/whatever else...
