OOCAll right, I guess I'll wrap this one up then. Aranta shrugged. "I am not in need of money yet," he said; he still didn't fully grasp the concept of these... 'mizas' that all other races seemed so fond of, but he understood that they were necessary to purchase things, as most were unwilling to trade. He also knew that he still had enough to continue living as he had. Turning to Narissa, the Zith added, "Zith can learn, but... Few do." He struggled to describe why; Zith were easily distracted, preferring to simply focus on hunting and mating and protecting their families rather than attempting to learn something with which to trade-- in colonies, slaves did that work. "I have little skill," he said after a moment. "I hunt, I survive, I talk." When Snaeha led him away, Aranta nodded his thanks to the family,and waved at the youngest Datura before turning his attention to not tripping on his way up. When Snaeha stopped him to speak with him, he smiled. "You are welcome, and I thank you and your family for the meal," he said politely. Then, more genuinely, "I enjoyed you. Would like to do this again sometime." With that, Aranta offered the Symenestra one more smile before walking away, and back towards his own home. He had had fun tonight, and had learned new things-- overall, it was a good night indeed. OOCOne last side note: Aranta is a Zith, and his basic language is Common, so that's why he sounds a bit odd sometimes; I figured every so often I need to trip him up a little bit to keep his Common at a more believable basic level.

A fun meet-and-greet thread. I especially liked Snaeha bringing Aranta home for dinner; I imagine that doesn't happen often. I'll look forward to more from you two!
