Physical Description:
Luca is 5’10 tall and slimly built. He has quite a ragged look that makes him appear older than he is. He has long black hair just past his shoulders and a scruffy beard to match. He weighs around 9 stone, but this can vary depending on how much food he’s getting on his travels. Like all Kelvics, Luca has eyes like an animal. His are icy blue. His teeth are naturally longer as well. His animal form is a grey wolf.
Character Concept:
Luca can be a little shy at first but is fun loving and outgoing once you get to know him. He loves nature and watching the interaction of people. He knows he only gets one life, and a short one at that. So he tries to live every day to the full. He enjoys cooking, eating and drinking. Though not usually to excess. His racial traits and generally romantic personality make him desire a partner above all else. Though he has yet to find anyone for whom he has more than superficial attraction for. He is not religious at all, and quietly discourages organised religion. But again, he wouldn’t have the nerve to ridicule someone’s beliefs. Instead he worships nature as the provider and sees living beings as stewards of the World, passing it on to the next generation. He is poetic and philosophical, spontaneously coming up with metaphors and analogies for everyday life. He has little interest in material wealth and therefore does not hold down a stable job. He may do odd jobs from time to time to keep food in his belly, but he would get bored of the same job if he did it regularly. Not that he’s easily bored, and can talk to people and observe nature for hours. But he feels that life is too short for a career.
Character History:
Luca was born to two loving parents in Zeltiva. He had a fun childhood, despite not being spoiled with luxuries. He reflects on it as the happiest time of his life, but is optimistic for the future. When he was 14, his parents opted to move away to Sultros. He declined the offer to move and decided it was about time he started exploring the world for himself. After two years of travelling he went to Sultros to find his parents. However after much searching he discovered they had both passed away of old age. The lack of closure caused him a great deal of pain and he has never fully recovered. So he returned to travelling, trying his best to focus on life’s positives. It was around this time that he became determined to find a partner. Though his travels have led him to females (and a male or two) who have been attractive physically and sometimes also in personality, Luca has never felt the compatibility required to settle down with anyone.
