Kirstin Whitevine General Information Race: Kelvic (Animal: Black Wolf) Gender: Female Age: 4 Years (Appearance: 23 Years) Birthday: 19th Day of Winter, 510 AV Birthplace: Avanthal Appearance: Animal Form Though her animal is not that extravagant, Kirstin has always loved herself in this form due to the color of her fur. Midnight black like her hair, framing her sharp/lean features. From head to the rest of her body she is fairly small compared to other wolves but not weak. Ranging from about 46 in (Head and Body), her stance can still maintain its power. On the other hand, her tail is 13 inches long. The night would be of her element in the sense that she could hide in the shadows, making it easier for the hunt. Though what gave her away most of the time were her strange eyes, evident in her human form (Mix of orange within the blue, not purely shown). Human Form There are a variety of words that can describe Kirstin's human form: Her arms and legs are well-shaped with lean muscle due to countless hours of toning and shaping her body. However not to the point where she looks like she's swollen with muscle but rather a more softer side. Her build is very slim though retaining a delicate and petite figure. Sharp and distinct, her square-shape face frames her prominent cheek bones covered by her cream-milk flesh. Thus sprouting from her scalp are natural loose curls trailing down past her breast in the color of a midnight black. Despite her honed look, there is a warm feeling if one were to look at her almost establishing a comforting feeling. Standing at 5' 4" she is rather small compared to her wolf form; carries herself with dominant, graceful nature. Character Concept: Kirstin is a very warm and kind-hearted person who believes that everyone has good in them somewhere. She is very attentive to another person feelings taking everything into consideration. Thus she is able to bring out the best in others. In Avanthal, she is constantly taking information in about people and situations that reflects what is important to her. Having an exceptional memory, she can easily recall of certain situations and apply them to the task at hand. Kirstin values security and respect traditions and laws, therefore she believe she has a very clear idea of the way things should be in which she strives to attain. It is not likely for her to attempt new skills unless shown in an established method that is comfortable with her own values. However, if she tried a new skill, she would learn better by applying rather than reading about it in a book. Emotionally, it is hard for her to express her thoughts openly. For instance, if its something negative - she would leave it until it manifested into something else, causing an inner conflict within herself. Though, she has learned certain outlets that have proven to be useful in such times. Kirstin is feels a strong sense of duty and responsibility towards contributing to her society, hence why she takes her job seriously. Nevertheless, she is very easy to depend on seeing that it is known she will follow through with that certain task. It is very difficult for her to refuse somebody, in the long-run causing her to become over-burdened. But staying true to herself, she will always place others needs before her own. Character History: Kirstin loved the crunch of the snow against her boots, and the falling droplets of snow that loved to shower her with cold kisses. In her first year of living, things had been okay. She didn't have a responsibility weighing down on her shoulders like a plague, but was allowed her freedom. The absence of her parents was evident seeing that they devoted their time to her older brother in preparation for his future. Nathan was the model child, he was their vision and they thought it was necessary to help him attain those goals. As her brother began to escalate as a healer, she remained in the comfort of their Arvinta in the Whitevine Hold. Healing had always interested her. However, her parents would never give her the necessary tools to help guide her through herbalism, etc. Therefore one day she decided that her fun days were over at the age of two. Countless hours, day and night, Kirstin had spent studying and practicing in the Whitevine Healing Center. She kept it a secret for a good year as she progressed in herbalism and medicine. Books had never been good for her seeing that she didn't really learn much. Thus she tagged along with other herbalists and was able to learn in a more practical situation. Until one day her parents discovered what she was doing. Her family had not taken the news lightly as she had gone behind their back to pursue her own wants and desires. It saddened her to know that her parents would not support her. As time passed they continued to express their disdain towards her choices, hoping that she would leave the Whitevine hold and pursue something else. This only fueled Kirstin's will, hence, she left her family once she was old enough to find her own place. At first it had been hard knowing that she was on her own and had to take care of herself. However, the feeling of freedom had given her a new found courage to pursue her career.
