Suhka Appearance Race: Human Gender: Female Age: 24 Birthday: Day 29 of Spring, 490 AV Starting City: Nyka Birthplace: Nyka Appearance: Five foot, seven inches tall, and roughly one hundred and thirty pounds, Suhka is a young woman who, although does not physically stand taller than most men, does command a bit of attention from most. She has simple bronze colored eyes, the common pale colored skin of Nyka's denizens, and less-than-interesting brown hair. Thanks mostly to her few days in the Aperture, Suhka is covered in scars, most notably across her back where something tore into her flesh with something resembling claws, though she never managed to see the creature with her own eyes. Character Concept WIP Character History From the young age of thirteen years, when a Monk of Xannos defended her when a local man attempted to rape her, Suhka had a strong fondness for the Priesthood, and specifically the man that protected her. Being young and in love, she eventually, some years later (two years, specifically), she became a Shadow-lover of said Monk. Though she never bared a child for the monk, and she did try, they spent many nights over the course of several years together. One day, when she was roughly nineteen years old, she witnessed an intense and impressive sized brawl between two large groups of Monks, one sided with the Demi-Goddess Xannos, and the other devoted to the Demi-God Uphis. She watched at first in excitement, and then in fear as she noticed the man she loved, was not only being beaten in battle, but beaten to death. It's true that the day ended with few actual casualties resulting in death, but he was one of the few. Suhka cried, went through tremendous rage, and then later felt compelled to pick up his mantle, unofficially, by doing just as he had. She would train, she would give her life to Nyka and Xannos, and she would become a priest, a warrior monk of the Demi-Goddess, and she would become a pillar of greatness like her lover was destined to be, until he was slain. Over the next couple years, Suhka would become cold, calculating, abusive, violent, but endlessly devoted to Xannos just as she swore she would. Her mental state would further become skewed as she went through the trials of the Monks, descending and surviving the darkness of the Aperture, and even the life of an Acolyte, where she finds herself constantly butting heads (to put it lightly) with other factions. Sometimes they provoke it, sometimes she does. She might have, at one point, thought she'd be perfect and unable to be corrupted, but now she was no different than her brothers and sisters in Priesthood. They held power, and they would abuse it as they pleased.
