LACE Basic Information Zith - Human Mixbreed Spring 29 501 AV - 13 years Female Common Symenos [not fluent, but can manage conversation] Physical Description Lace is only that of five feet, weighting a total of ninety five pounds. She has thick, long brunette hair, with dark chocolate - caramel eyes. Her skin is a dark olive, and she wields a petite yet strong build. It's unlike her to smile or act very friendly, and she instead puts on a fierce, intimidating, or stoic look. She has very sharp edges on her facial features. She has near perfect posture and her head is always raised, giving off the 'I know what I'm doing' vibe. Character Concept Due to her lack of public interaction or acceptance, in large groups, Lace tends to have quite a lot of social anxiety and come off quite awkwardly. Of course she stands up straight and holds her head high, but when she tries to communicate it's never what you'd expect to hear. She doesn't have a 'filter', meaning she speaks before she thinks, which would get her into a lot of trouble, but actually just makes the people around her a bit uncomfortable. She carries with her some animal characteristics, that come from her instinctual side, and though she herself might not find it all that strange, anyone around her would perhaps think her an undomesticated Kelvic. Despite the fact that Zith are distrusted, often feared, Lace would not be this way had she had a friend-- well, she would do her best not to, anyway. She has a try-hard personality that isn't hardly ever seen because she comes off either rude or awkward, and getting her into a group is hard enough because she's so stubborn. She's one of those characters that's scary on the outside, but pretty soft on the inside. Kind of. Character History There isn't much of a history to discuss, of Lace's. She was born to a male zith father, and a servant human mother. Her mother was, soon after Lace's birth, killed for jealousy reasons within the family. Her father raised her, apathetically and with a short temper, but in the common language. He had a servant to teach her a bit of this or that, filling in for whenever he was not around and filling her time with something productive. Eventually it was seen that she was rather outcasted from the full blooded Zith, and she left with no heartbreak to continue living someplace else. He views himself as Lace's protector, or guardian of sorts, and is a very protective feline. He is currently about a year old, but was a few weeks old when he became Lace's companion. When Vith was a nameless kitten of only a few weeks, his owner was ready to dispose of him-- for good-- due to an extra toe on any of his four paws. It was seen, from the point of view of his breeder, that he would not be of any use to anyone, and there would not be a profit made from him. Lace, an outcast herself, was the person her tutor thought of when she saw the kitten with extra toes being [in kinder terms] put down. Before Lace left, Vith was given to her as a comfort, in which he became very fast. Vith now follows close at Lace's heels, never far behind.
