Appearance

Image
Race: Chaktawe
Gender: Female
Age: 20 Years Old
Birthday: 26th of Spring, 496 A.V.
Tribe: Kalanue
Birthplace: The burning sands of Eyktol

Description:Weighing in at 192 pounds is Ayianie. Like every Chaktawe she has long, sleek, thick black hair that reaches down past her shoulders. Large pitch-black eyes fill her sockets, extraordinary long eyelashes emphasize her eye size. A dark olive tone colors her skin other than an certain areas. During birth she contracted a disease(VitiligoThis NOT spreadable in ANY way other than heredity. Her grandmother passed down the gene, missed her mother but got to Ayianie.), painting mainly on the right side of her chest and up half her neck and ending on the side of her face. On her face the much lighter pigment covers little less than half of her face and around her underarm.

While the skin pigmentation can be considered a "flaw", it is her only one. She was blessed with her mother's beauty and features. Ayianie's body is in it's best condition. She was fed well and her hygiene is very important, especially dental, her smile is "one of a kind." as her mother would say.

Character History

There is no doubt that Ayianie could have had a better childhood experience. While yes, her father was the Wayhali of the Kalanue tribe, she had her ups and downs. Due to her rare skin condition, she missed out on several childhood memories. Unless you call hazing, harassment, exclusion, and embarrassment a good childhood memory. Ayianie would be sent to play with the youth of the tribe but, instead of going into what she considered hell, she'd either mess around with the captured goats or teach her dog mindless tricks. The Chaktawe could have told her father of her daily pain but, she was worried.

Worried that he wouldn't have the time for her and had better things to do. Her mother on the other hand always pushed her to do things she didn't want to do socially. Such as setting up a forced date with another Chaktawe or watching her play games with the others. But, as soon as she'd walk away or leave Ayianie they children would torture her. Telling her lies like, she was cursed by Makutsi, she looked like a wrong answer someone tried to correct, and how ugly she was.

She wasn't at all what they said but when those were the words they'd implant in her mind and then she begun to believe them. Ayianie would try and cover up the pigmentation discolouration with a thin layer of mud but it would always crumble off her skin. The one part she did enjoy was when she helped preform the Searching Rite and she could weave the Raven feathers into her father's people. It was obvious they were excited and Ayianie was glad she could give them happiness, to be a part of it as well.

After her own searching right, at the age seventeen, she left her tribe. Although her mother and father were both unwilling at first. She promised to return to them with extensive knowledge of the world. Thus her interest in cryptography. Ayianie has plans to return to Eyktol to be reunited with her parents.

Personality

Ayianie's personality is complicated. She struggles from wanting to be more confident in both herself and actions. One would think that having a Wayhali has one's father, life wouldn't be so difficult. But instead, it was cold to her. Despite her pitiful attempts to bounce back after every day, which would progressively get worse and worse. Ayianie became easily frightened, fearful and skiddish. When the Chaktawe would go out to learn basics skills with the other children or try and take part in activities, they wouldn't allow her.

If they did it was because they wanted to whisper about her. Young and naive she didn't notice them gossiping about her until she matured. Ayianie could have told her father but she didn't want to pester him. He was the chief after all and she thought he had better things to do, more important things to do other than take care of her little social issues. Although her mother did notice her detachment with the other children and not her dog.

Himez

Himez appears as a shadowy indistinct tarantula, save for the bright bands around the second joint of each of his legs, which often define the shape of him as a whole. His size changes, most often the size of Ayianie's hand, but sometimes changing to be larger for certain circumstances, most often of which is to harass and harangue Nopah. His speech is soothing and deep when heard by Ayianie and he is the voice of comfort and reason. He is a being that refuses to let Ayianie feel shame about her odd skin pigmentation, and his resolve and comfort goes much further than superficial appearances as well. When Ayianie feels doubt or anxiety Himez is there to assure her she is on the right path, because the right path is one she chooses with confidence.

Heirloom:
:
ImageName: Nopah
Species: Imperial Watcher
Gender: Male
Age: 2 Years Old (dog years)
Weight & Height :113 Lbs & 33 Inches(from ground to withers)
Personality: Nopah is very docile, to Ayianie. Since he was with her since she was age thirteen he has always been protective of her. Although he isn't bread to be a guard dog or protector, he is considered one to her. When the young Chaktawe was around the other children in times of harassment, he'd intimidate the children and often deter them. Unfortunately he was a little late to impact her younger years.
Appearance: Ears, both very large and size and length, are planted on his thick skull. A short and soft ebony pelt covers his body from muzzle to tail. No signs of any different colour on him other than his large iris are a dark brown and a white patch in the middle of his chest. Although it is normal for an Imperial Watcher to reach high height, he is still young and has a whole life span to grow a few more inches.

Relationships

Blood Relations

Mother
ImageName:Ayianie
Relation:Mother
Related Threads:N/A
Status:Presumed alive
Tribe:Kalanue
Information:Despite her daughter's distance from other young Chaktawe members, she loved her above all. Warm, soft, and a little hard headed at times are the smallest things Ayianie could use to describe her mother's personality. She'd wake up her child and when Ayianie would have doubts in her appearance she'd tell her how she was the most beautiful woman to touch the sands. It was nice to believe her mother, it gave her comfort with herself. Even if that comfort didn't last forever. While Ayianie would not inform her mother on her treatment from the children she always knew there was something off about the days when she'd come home but taking a little route and parting from the children as they walked in cliques in the opposite direction.

Father
ImageName:Tokala
Relation:Father
Related Threads:N/A
Status:Presumed alive
Tribe:Kalanue
Information:Strong and stern. There was no room for affection other than special times with his family and focused his time on being a Wayhali. Most days even Ayianie's mother would swear he wasn't the man she married. But, he always managed to sweep her off her feet. As she would tell her daughter. "Your father is the type of man you should marry." Ayianie would make faces at her mother's comments but in the end her mother's words were earnest. When his daughter decided it was time she would go on her escapades he was a bit disappointed. After awhile he gave into her pleads to leave. Only after she'd promise her return.
