This forum is an OOC forum for PCS and Organizations to work out plans in hardcopy. Each PC or Organization gets a single thread where their players can help work out plans for their PC. Quests, mini-sagas, and Trips can all be organized here as well working out timelines and points of travel and things PCs need to do along the way. Each PC however gets only one Plotnote for their individual PC. Groups get one as well. There is no limit on individuals posting saga or trip plotnote threads. Please denote [PC Plotnotes] or [Group Plotnotes] or [Quest/Trip/Saga Plotnotes] when titling your threads.

Aspirations
_______________________________________What does Amrita want in life?
Ultimate Goal: Freedom
Amrita has felt fulfillment. How? Pure love is the only source of true contentment that she’s been able to find. But in this world, she finds that true love needs work to maintain. If Amrita can find a place where love is infinite, she’d do anything to be there. That would be her idea of freedom.
Penultimate Goal: Reconcile the Living Dead
[WIP] After having learned about death and the afterlife from Abu (her dear friend and kindred spirit), Amrita takes it upon herself to help relieve the souls of their suffering. She believes that this would be the most selfless way to use her skills on Black Rock.
Long-term Goal: Regain High Status in Yahebah
She strives to go back home as a high status woman. Though her parents do love her more than words can describe, they live in a society where purity and honor are extremely valued. If a woman lacks these values, she isn’t worthy of societal respect. Any Benshira will be able to notice her blackened palms and see them as a sign of unworthiness. Amrita would be ostracized from the community, even if she finds a Benshiran man who will love her in spite of her past.
She could easily decide to spend the rest of her years away from Yahebah. However, she loves her parents and her family, and would be deeply troubled by a lifetime without their comfort and support. Thus, the sooner she can prove her purity and honor, the better. Otherwise, she’ll probably fall into bouts of severe depression.
Short-term Goal: Establish herself on Black Rock
This one will have to be fleshed out alongside the city's development.

Character Essence
_______________________________________Amrita truly thrives on love. She yearns to connect with others on a deeper level, and strives to always find the best in people, no matter how corrupted they may be. She doesn’t believe in hate. Hate is for the ignorant and the heartless. Instead, she chooses to be kind to all, even to those who are seen as undeserving by others.
Nevertheless, Amrita realizes that the world she lives in is far from kind. The dangers of Mizahar must be met with precaution. As such, learning methods of self- defence is currently a major priority of hers.
Her deepest fear is dying alone without the people she loves by her side.
(-) Prurient (concupiscent), Plucky? (gamely, resolute, blithesome, Theatrical)
(+) Benevolent (humane, altruistic, solicitous, idealist, softhearted, faithful), Contemplative (observant, perceptive, meditative, methodical)

Development
_______________________________________It is known that the Eiyons carry out Dira’s will in the mortal realm, by seeking out those who attempt to escape death and returning them to her. However, I’m sure that Eiyons do not slay the living without strong reasons. Forcibly removing a soul from the mortal realm would probably be their last resort. Since the Gods need ‘developed’ souls (i.e., souls that have gone through the reincarnation cycle multiple times) to worship them in order to strengthen the power of their Ideas, it’s probably more useful to reason with souls.
I’d imagine that Eiyons are almost like expert counselors, if you will. They would probably prefer to guide souls towards realizing the meaning of their existence. They’d want to help the stragglers naturally return to the cycle of death by creating opportunities for them to fulfill their life’s purpose.
If my assumptions are accurate, then I’d like to see Black Rock (BR) as the island where Eiyons bring willing souls to fully realize their life’s purpose. For unwilling souls, such as Nuits and other undead who are driven by destructive motivations, BR would be a place where Eiyons design ways to change their perverse perspectives. Souls that perpetuate suffering and disrespect balance would be subject to creative methods of… guidance.
With these reasons, I’d like to create an “Asylum” of sorts, on BR. The Asylum would not only be the headquarters for all Eiyons, but it would also be both a place of refuge and an institution of reform.

______________________________________
Djed Storm of Spring 514 AV: “The Dead Isle, long noted for its inability for anything to grow, begins to bloom in earnest. The blackened carpet of grass in the graveyard becomes a vibrant emerald green, flowers blossom in [an array?] of colours, and keep blossoming... despite their being trimmed. The Omens have their strange hands full keeping order as those desperate for shelter seek harbour. Despite their hopeful attempts, all boats but the gondolas are splintered into nothing, stranding travelers where they are, although the rickety, timeworn docks remain untouched by the same storm. A massive influx of souls from the newly departed searching answers swarm the city, demanding answers from the Dead Queen herself, and trying to incite riots in the meantime. The placidity and calm patience that has reigned for generations in the denizens of Black Rock is shattered, albeit temporarily, while they try to figure out what on Mizahar has happened.”
