Kryll Dowman Appearance Race: Human Gender: Male Age: 20 Birthday: Day 57, Season of Spring, Year 494 Birthplace: Mithryn Outpost Appearance: Black Hair, Brown eyes, Slender build, about 5' 10" tall, Tan skin from working in the farmlands. Although he is slender build he is very strong and has good muscle tone from working in the fields all day. His Black Hair is shoulder length and is straight and somewhat disheveld most of the time. Character Concept Kryll is a young man yearning to explore the world as he has seen it through the book his father had given him, a few years before he passed away. He works in the fields of Sylaris wherever he is needed and makes a good living. He is fond of farming and living off the land and wants to learn more of some things his father and mother told him about growing up. Even though he lives in a secure area he sometimes wishes for adventure and when the time comes he will venture out and find out for himself what the world is like. Character History Born to Llietra and Thrall Dowman, an only child, as the living spaces in the Mithryn Outpost were rather small. His parents decided not to have more children. Llietra died when he was 9 and to this day remembers his mothers cooking, singing and the sweet tenderness with which she treated him. This is what he remembers most about her. His father was a field worker and toiled all day and sometimes into the early night when it was harvest time. His father passed away from pnemonia just this last winter season of 513. Leaving him alone and to fend for himself. Of course as he grew up he started to work in the fields himself. It was hard work but he enjoyed working up a sweat and the feeling of a good days work made him feel as if he was contributing to something rather than being a burden on the government of Syliras, not that he could have anyway. His father had left him his only prized posession a Shortbow. It was a sturdy bow and his father had started teaching him how to use it, the summer season prior to his death. He had attended the small schoolhouse where the children of the Outpost were taught just basic knowledge of reading and writing and and the workings of the world in which they lived. The world was a mystery and he prayed to Bala at times to give him a chance to see the world which one day, hopefully soon, he would be able to do.
