x x Black Waters Black Waters is a spa business owned by Seron Riversong, who inherited it from her father, who died during the Djed Storm of 512AV. Based within the city proper, it is a popular venue for the more affluent members of Ravokian society, especially those who do not want to waste four bells travelling to the Ravokian Baths on the Lakeshore. Given this prime location, Black Waters has the luxury of being able to charge more for its services, however use of the baths will never match the baths at the Lakeshore. It is located in the Noble District, next to Chromatic Strings. The building is the tallest of the block in which it is situated and has an open garden on the highest level, on the roof, which is often used for meditation. The ground floor is open plan, housing a waiting area and the clerk desk. Directly outside, Black Waters has dock space for two ravosalas, and both places are often occupied, for the ravosalamen to be constantly available to carry the satisfied customers home to their residences. The building is overall simple in design and painted in a light shade of turquoise blue. The second and third floors are both divided into 4 different rooms each. The rooms contain a bath that is big enough for 4 people, a table for any ordered refreshments, a dresser for placing any belongings in, a half translucent dressing screen and a massage table. The rooms are colored in marble patterns, ranging in color from pale green, mint blue and occasional accents of salmon pink. Each room has a big window, that can be closed by thick, turquoise colored curtains, switching to a more gentle, subdued light source such as finely crafted touches by the walls. A half of the fourth floor is used as storage for oils, towels, robes, refreshments and has a small kitchen and a washing room for the staff’s laundry and other cleaning needed. Another half of it, just as the whole fifth floor, is used as small, but fairly furnished bedrooms for the working staff who don't have anywhere else to live. The rooms are equipped with a good bed, average dresser and a simple desk. Some of the room, that are in the center have ceiling windows instead of average ones to proved at least some source of natural light and fresh air. [Cost for staying at the provided rooms is 5sm a day, the rent is deducted from the employee’s salary]. A small section of the fifth floor has been walled off, which acts as a barrier for the second staircase, which runs straight through the floor, up to the garden on the roof. Generally, the business is public and, as long as one is able to pay, nobody is neglected. As calm as Logan is, he is not fond of speaking about himself. Avoiding the topic of his past, and often engaging into fights with the people who dare mention his past as a slave.
