AppearanceRace: Human.
Gender: Male.
Age: 22.
Birthday: 21st, Winter, 492.
Birthplace: Sylira.
Musical Theme: Let Strength Be Granted - Alex RoeAppearance: Christopher's hair is a reddish brown, short and slightly wavy, although he rarely cares about it. His height is fairly average (5'10 ft). His eyes are a light blue.
His skin is slightly tanned from travelling often when he was younger, his life made him muscular and toned.
Christopher's most distinguishable feature is the tattoo on his chest. This tattoo represents his forgotten family crest (A longsword being enveloped by two dragons), this tattoo is small in size compared to others and its placed right under his collarbone.
He inherited various traits from his mother and father, the shape of his face is almost a mirror image of his fathers, while his eyes make him resemble his mother by the compassionate look he sometimes shows.
Character Concept"They might hug me or they might stab me in the back, I avoid both."
Christopher is a very sensitive man, he's easily saddened by multiple things, people or events, being prone to just breaking down and crying, but this doesn't show up most of the time. Most of the time he uses a "though guy" persona as a wall to keep people away, as he's scared of getting to close with someone.
Christopher is kind, compassionate, charismatic, sarcastic and clever to the people that are close to him.
Towards most people he doesn't know, he gives them the silent treatment, only showing them respect if they deserve it. He has a sort of hate for assassins and mercenaries (although he is a mercenary himself), and an intense hate towards slavers and cultists/fanatics.
He shows respect to all races, especially Kelvics and Isur. But he dislikes the Zith for their brutal nature.
Character History Christopher was born on the 50th of Winter in the year 492 as the son of a Sylirian Knight and a beautiful dancer, and as the grandson of a former expert wizard of the arts of Reimancy and Animation. Both parents loved him almost as much as they loved each other.
Christopher was of age five when his father began talking about joining the Syliran Knight order, but his grandfather had planned the idea of teaching him into the ways of magic and not join the order, even though he could have found a place as a Mage-Knight. But his grandfather refused the idea of joining the order in any way, shape or form, as he is a proud believer of Rhysol and a former member of the Black Sun.
This argument about his fate continued for a long time, almost a month, when his mother decided to step in, giving him a choice for his future for when he is older.
At age eleven, he was given the choice to join the Knights or be taught in the ways of magic, he chose both, being taught in the ways of magic then joining the order as a Mage-Knight.
At age fifteen though, everything went wrong. He was already well versed on the art of Reimancy when he was at this age, he had already been infused with Res from his grandfather, he created a family crest for his family, he learned sword wielding from his father and some acrobatic tricks from his mother.
Everything was fine, perfect almost, until past showed up and ruined his life.
His father was killed in battle against a group of bandits (At least that's what his father's friends told him) and his mother entered a state of depression. His grandfather got contacted by an old friend to go back to Ravok.
All that was left was his mother and him, alone in their home, but even that faded when her mother left him thanks to a terminal disease when he was at the age of eighteen, dying with a happy smile with the hope of seeing her husband again and knowing that she made her son a true man. Far from the truth, but her hope lightened his life as he was forced onto the streets.
Then his life took another forceful turn when the news that his grandfather had gone missing shortly after the news of his daughter's death had arrived, the man was old but would refuse to die.
After a month or so, a man arrived, adult but not as elderly as his grandfather was. That man revealed himself as the friend that contacted his granddad not long ago. He knew of Christopher's situation, and came all the way from Ravok to bring him to the floating city.
When they finally arrived, it took Christopher nearly two seasons to completely settle in the new, small home the man gave him. The now-nineteen year old man resumed his magical practice with the man he moved in with (his granddad's friend, who's name is Radolf) and regained most of his almost forgotten abilities.
He began working as a mercenary at that point to cover costs.
This life kept going for two more years, until Radolf finished teaching Christopher everything he wanted to teach him, telling Christopher to learn on his own from that point onwards.
Life was pretty much the same from there, barely changing, Christopher sold his services to those he deemed worth, even though sometimes making exceptions if needed.
But the only things that matter for him now are: Finding his grandfather, mastering his magic and gaining more power and joining the Sylirian Knights to honour his father.
But for now, mercenary work will have to do.
