Physical Description
Alma's appearance differs from each body he takes on. He usually chooses male children, but he is not against using a female body. His current body is that of a small, human boy, with pale-blond hair and fair skin. He weighs about 85 lbs, and it's about 4'8'' ft. tall. This body is currently new, so it will be a while before he must change again.
Character Concept
Alma is somewhat more expressive than other Nuits. He smiles and laughs, and tries to enjoy life. He finds a lot of things amusing, and is often too friendly for his own good. He has been called silly and careless on many occasions, and is very unorganized. He mainly wants to study magic, and deepen his understanding of it. He doesn't usually take on many friends, although he's not rude. He can interact with others, even if he doesn't usually. He prefers the bodies of children to those of adults.
Character History
Alma was originally a human bodyguard named Chrys, making his living job-to-job. He was about to be 20 when he was on a job with another bodyguard, protecting a wizard who specialized in Animation.
They were traveling through Falyndar when they were attacked by a group of Myrians. Chrys and the wizard were able to escape to a nearby cave, but the other bodyguard had died. Chrys was greatly injured, and would most likely die. The wizard made him an offer: to turn him into a Nuit.
Chrys was afraid of death, so he chose to let the wizard transform him. He put his soul into a monkey that the wizard killed.
When Chrys awoke, he felt entirely different. He felt no hunger, and no fatigue. He traveled back to Zeltiva with the wizard. The wizard then got Chrys a new body--that a of a small child. Chrys did not know where the body came from, nor did he care to know. After Chrys changed bodies, he told the wizard to no longer call him Chrys. He decided that he needed a new name. He chose upon Alma. Alma has been in Zeltiva since his transformation, studying Malediction and some Glyphing, but he is now going to make his home at Sahova. He has switched bodies many times, almost all of them being the bodies of dead children.
