Phsical Description:
While in human form Orpheus is a intimidating figure, standing at 6'8" with a scarred face and an inhumanly long left canine tooth. He has long, silver, combed back hair and a lightly trimmed silver beard. He has a scar that runs over his left eye and a missing right ear. His eyes are silver like his hair and his nails are longer and sharper than any humans. Orpheus usually wears a huge fur coat which makes him feel more like a wolf.
When in wolf form he is a large silver wolf with a missing ear and a chipped right tooth His wolf forms basically and animalistic form of himself and it's easy to notice the similarities. He changes often between his two forms, he spends the day in his human form and sleeps as a wolf.
Character concept
Orpheus is a rough, yet intelligent man craving a few basic morals but with little respect for honour or authority. He drinks excessively, but can hold his drink very well and is very rarely drunk. When asked about his past he will simply respond; "I'm of embarrassingly noble blood." Orpehus often stay out of city's, sleeping in forests in his tent or in inns on the outskirts of towns. What ever time he does spend in cities he spends selling his goods or performing for money, he often plays songs on his lute and tell legends he has picked up on his travels. He spends his time hunting, traveling or performing. Unlike most Kelvic he has no need for a master and will not search for one. Orpheus has few friends and works alone. Strangely Orlehus is an academic and is constantly searching for new knowledge, reading novels as he travels, studying various different subjects.
Character History
Orpheus' mother was an important noble living in Avanthal, with long dormant kelvic blood in her veins. As she grew up she felt her kelvic insticts more and more, longing for freedom and adventure she soon grew bored of her noble lifestyle and became obsessed with the woods and nature. One day she mat a dashing young bard who wooed her and got into bed with her. Though Orpheus' father tried to stay with his mother he was executed for what he had done too her soon after. Little did anyone know that Orpheus' father was infact a kelvic and when Orpheus was born his powers were relalised.
His grandparents were appalled and had his mother executed as well he was thrown into the street and left to scavenge for himself. For many years he remained in wolf form wandering and scavanging but as he grew up he learnt to talk, write and more from what he saw others do. When he was 8 a hunter tried to kill him in wolf form but Orpheus overpowered him and stole his clothes and crossbow. He bought a lute and sword and has spent the last 7 years roaming as a bard and hunter, operating out of Avanthal.
