Birthplace: Aboard the Brinesoul pod's Palivar, the Shielded Sail Appearance Personality The Brinesouls used to joke that Jin was born grasping a blade in one hand and his sister with the other. Though still very Svefra in attitude, Jin is more serious and dependable than many of his brethren, his sister included. He trains regularly in both combat and shielding, and constantly seeks to improve himself. Though disciplined, he still has the Svefra whimsical nature, and often engages in prank wars with his twin, though he often comes out the loser. He blames Dink for this. Though the twins could often be found jokingly bickering and fighting, at the end of the day, Jin is fiercely loyal and viciously protective of his sister, and knows without a doubt that she feels the same. Tavan It's common for Svefra to let their children into the water when anchored, to play with the dolphin pods that follow them. The brinesoul pod was no different. One day though, when the twins were ten, while the rest of the dolphins were preoccupied, Jin swam some ways away from the ship. It was there that he met a young shark pup, normally a cause for concern. Instead of ending in tragedy, however, a connection formed between the two, one that has only deepened in the ten years since. Dubbed Aquila, the oceanic whitetip shark has been Jin's loyal companion, and the two take every opportunity to play together. Like Jin himself, Aquila is a steady and reliable soul, loyal to her Svefra and the Brinesoul Pod as a whole. Though she often swam off on her own while the Brinesoul pod sailed, without fail, whenever the pod dropped anchor, Aquila would come swimming back, circling the ship until her Svefra would come down to her again.
