Alex lent on the wall just outside of the Bizarre Bazar. The cavernous and monstrous interior of the open air yet still somehow enclosed labyrinth of stalls entrance lay next to him. Alex however was in the process of thinking about how to deal with the suspicions that were surrounding the Vantha. As of late the entire city had started to get jumpy. A little too much so for Alex’s liking, even if he knew he could handle himself eventually he’d have to teach Nemori and Infillia how to fight. Just so that if he couldn’t quite get to them in time they’d be able to buy themselves a few moments.

Alex flexed his fingers of his left hand. Despite the fluidity of his motions his left arm still felt a little stiff and solid. Still it was better to make sure he held full control at all times even if it was occasionally going to be hidden behind a shield. He glanced skyward though that meant little to nothing despite the illusions of the city that seemed to plague every corner, he took solace in the fact that the sky itself was the one thing that seemed to be stable mostly.

The sights of wild animals strolling down the street without a care in the world was something that shook him a little. So used to being out in the forests and away from civilization at times it was odd for him to see them here amongst the stone monoliths that littered the city. However atop his mind was one question.
Where are you Nemori? This trip to the bazar wasn’t for his benefit but rather hers. He’d noticed that she just had the one set of gear much like Infilia had and that was going to get dirty or ripped or possibly both at some point. So perhaps it would be better if he went out with her like he did Infilia and picked up some extra clothes with her.

After all negotiation with some of these merchants with little to no skill in common and being hunted wasn’t necessarily going to be the best of ideas. So the idea of him helping her in this situation wasn’t lost on him. However this was his third time being dragged out to buy clothes with someone and he still had not a flying clue what “fashion” was. And that was the reason he dressed mostly in dark colours and blacks, and leathers. Though as the hour drew on Alex began to get a little worried about the location of his Vantha charge.

Supplies and Demands

Nemori struggled between rushing and keeping her cover, her head down as the pavement rushed beneath her. She was aware she was late, how could she help it with this maze of a city? Despite this she felt bad for being late, it was inpolite to have someone waiting so long on her. She was certain he would be fine with it but part of her still worried. Her and Alex’s meeting location was somewhere she had never been before to make matters worse. Perhaps she should have just got Alex to walk her to their destination instead of meeting her there, she was certain her overconfidence and independent was going to be the death of her. The passing streets and cobbles were increasingly unfamiliar and she hoped that was a good thing.

She dared her pale green eyes to glance up. They was a large windowless building, just like the one she had been told to look for. She wondered how it was possible to shop in such darkness, without any access to natural sunlight. It was busy. People bustled past her as she found herself stopping, wondering where in the flurry of people Alex was going to be located.
Someone knocked into her and she found herself shuffling forwards once more, aiming more directly for the building. It required some dancing around people who were not as willing to move from their set path. Eventually she stumbled closed to her target, the small gap between the wall and the crowd providing a moment of peace for Nemori to collect her thoughts and return to searching for Alex. She took some moments to relax from the hurried pace she had maintained.

He was standing casually by the entrance, looking unbothered by the people going about their day. Almost relaxed. Nemori started her way over, now that she was not being hidden by the mostly taller population he was highly likely to spot her before she even got close to his position.
"Sorry, got lost" She smiled, hoping that he was not too worried about her. The pale green tint to her eyes remained. The enviroment was still hazardous and even more so from their intended goal of messing around with clothes and fabric. They was an ongoing worry that she would slip up, or the shopkeeper would spend too much time paying attention to her.

His eyes swung back and forth across the crowd before finally settling upon the sight he’d hoped to see since the earlier parts of the morning. It was after all her who said she had something else she needed to do before turning up here. He couldn’t really blame her for being late due to being lost as she’d said, but the problem there was in this city at this time he couldn’t take the chance that it was someone else who’d done something.

“It’s fine Nemori.” He gave a small nod to let her know that he was worried but not for the reasons she’d assume. Still though unlike Infilia, Nemori had done a pretty good job at holding her eyes to a singular colour. With the position her mark was hidden as well it would mean that this hopefully would be a fairly simple trip.
“Am I allowed to know what your errand this morning was or would you prefer to keep that secret?” His words were slow enough for her to process them and hopefully she’d get the fact he was making a small joke. With a small smile and a sharp turn he led her into the building he was leant against. “Welcome to the Bizarre Bazar.” His words even measured and calm and then once they were inside he turned to glance back at her.

“This is your shopping trip so lead on where you wish to go. I’ll follow on and do the talking.” He smiled lightly and offered a hand out into the open giving the indication that she was quite literally open to go where she would and he would keep his pace with her a lot easier than she could keep pace with him. Still thought he couldn’t shake that feeling that something could go potentially Horribly wrong.
