Avara Snowsong

Basic Information

Race: Vantha
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Birthday: 2nd Winter 497 AV
Birthplace: Snowsong Hold, Avanthal
Religion: Follower of Morwen, Rhaus, and Qalaya

Appearance:

The first thing most notice about Avara is her height, or more accurately her lack of it. Standing in at a slight 4'10" she is certainly on the shorter end, not to mention she is as light as she looks weighing in at only 91 lbs. Despite her small stature she has well defined muscles on her thin frame hinting at her unexpected amount of strength. Her limbs themselves are slightly longer then average for her height resulting in a compact torso.

Her hair falls straight down past her shoulder stopping just above the bottom of her shoulder blades, her hair also seems to shimmer with a hint of green throughout. She actually keeps her hair rather well styled with bangs that rest just above her eyes. Avara has a rather round face with high cheekbones, and a softly sloping jawline. Her lips are set low on her face and have a softly bowed upper lip. Along with this Avara has a small nose with the slightest of upward tilts at the very end. Her eyes are slightly larger then the average for most Vantha, however they are still relatively small. Due to the shifting nature of her eye color it's hard to define what exactly her eye color is. Above her eyes her eyebrows arch gently over her eyes and are set relatively low on her forehead giving it a larger then normal appearance.

Eye Color Legend :
Like all Vantha Avara has several different colors her eyes switch between depending on her current mood.
  • Navy - Neutral
  • Gold - Happy
  • Jade - Jealous
  • Dark Pink - Embarrassed
  • Dark Ruby - Angry
  • Violet - Sad

Character Concept

Avara lives and breathes stories, ever since she was a child she has been fascinated by any story she could get her hands on. It didn't matter what the story was about Avara wanted to hear it, even if all it was happened to be a retelling of someone's day at work. Due to this obsession Avara has a nigh insatiable desire to concoct her own tales and ferret other's out no matter what she may need to do, because of this some people can see her as a bit of a nuisance.

Avara happens to be an extremely outgoing person, she has no trouble walking up to complete strangers and saying hello. She never has a hard time expressing herself or getting her point across, honestly at times she can be a bit too blunt, subtly is apparently not in her vocabulary. She has a relatively easy time getting along with others, and particularly enjoys swapping stories with any willing person she can find.

Avara leans towards the dramatic and will almost always over exaggerate anything she says, which can lead to more problems then it's probably worth. She enjoys drama both by watching it play out and on the odd occasion helping to create it. Despite her eagerness to exaggerate she detests lying. Honesty may not always be the best policy and Avara knows that, as such she is willing to spin a rather extravagant lie if the need arises. That does not mean she'll like it though.

Despite her over exuberance in most scenarios Avara takes recording all of the stories she hears very seriously. Whether it was a simple folk tale from a young farmhand to a dry history lesson from a priest. Avara will always take time to write it down in a book of her own. She rarely ever uses any of the stories more then once and even then she much prefers to make her own, but she likes to look to others for inspiration and sometimes no ones available to do the inspiring.

Although storytelling itself is her passion Avara is not against using other means to help tell her stories. Most of the time this will simply be by transforming a story into a song. Rarely she may even devise some form of dance but she is rather self conscious about her dancing abilities and tends to avoid dancing in public, unless of course one can mange to get her very, very drunk.

Possibly because of all the stories she's heard of far off places Avara has always wanted to travel, both to see if the world will do the stories justice and to see what other stories await her. To satisfy her curiosity when she was younger she often explored the different holds of Avanthal, it was not quite as satisfying as she had hoped. Her desire to travel never waned however and she still feels restless if she stays in one place for more then a season or two. Which sadly makes it difficult to make and maintain any form of meaningful relationship. Although Avara will never admit it willingly she often finds herself wishing she had a constant companion or even just a friend to write to.

Character History

Avara was born in Avanthal, during what was a sad time for her family. Her grandfather on her mother's side had passed away recently leaving Vinita(Avara's mother) with no family in her original hold. Due to her mother's grieving Avara was left in the care of her grandmother on her father's side, Liuna, who was more then happy to take on the responsibility. As such for the first few weeks of her life Avara was under the complete and utter care of her grandmother, as was her older brother, Osion.

By the time she could walk her mother had long since pulled out of her depression, but Avara had a rather obvious preference for her grandmother. When upset she would always cry for the latter, and if her mother decided to put her foot down Avara would not hesitate to run to her grandmother. Which oddly enough worked to her benefit when it came to the relationship between Osion and herself, Osion just happened to be a complete and utter mama's boy.

In this early stage of her life Avara often had a hard time falling asleep. Her mother and grandmother tried every method they could think of, sadly most of their attempts that involved stories or songs only kept a young Avara up even longer. She enjoyed hearing about anything and everything they told her whether it was a book of fairy tales, Vantha nursery rhymes, or even some old books about the culture of the Vantha. Eventually both her parents and grandparent came to the conclusion that letting her fall asleep by herself was the best choice.

At a young age Avara was introduced to the concept of religion by her entire family. All of whom happen to be very devout followers of Morwen, as a child she saw the reverence her parents had for the goddess and always wondered why, eventually when she found the courage to ask it resulted in a rather long explanation by her parents. It took a while for Avara to completely understand why they held Morwen in such high regard but once she finally understood she herself found a deep respect for the goddess. To this day she whole heartedly believes in Morwen and will never consider anyone else to be her ruler even if she is hundreds of miles away from Avanthal.

As Avara got older she grew rather bored of hearing the same old stories over and over again. Due to this she often found herself pestering anyone who visited her home, much to her parent's dismay. Sometimes it did pay off however and visitors told her a story, often times one she had already heard after all her parents did normally only have other Snowsong's or extended family over. Rarely though there was a visitor from outside of Avanthal and there were the people Avara looked forward to pestering until they finally agreed to tell her anything.

Eventually however even that got stale as she only ever heard the same handful of stories from the same handful of people on a regular basis. As such she found other ways to entertain herself, well really one way. That way being making up her own stories and telling them to anyone who would listen. Oddly this went over rather well with most of her family and the other children in the hold, she never did figure out how the other adults felt however.

At around nine years old Avara met a Syliran Knight who had apparently come to Avanthal for some form of business, to this day Avara still isn't sure of what that business was. Not that any of that mattered, he just happened to be the first person that told her a story she felt needed to be written down. As such she spent most of that day attempting to get every last detail from the knight and into a blank journal, it was a rather frustrating experience at times but she managed to do it. Ever since she made it a habit to record any story that interested her. While her mother did encourage the writing she did not encourage the pestering of everyone who walked through their door, or who Avara just happened upon in the streets.

With an ever growing obsession with tracking down every single story she could weasel out of people Avara found herself in trouble more often then not. She never did let that stop her however and looked at it as the side effect of being inquisitive, her mother had another name for it. Which as one might expect did not help their relationship in any way, not to say Avara didn't love her mother she just found her to be a bit of a nuisance.

The older Avara got the more she clashed with her mother. Where mother wanted a daughter who was more concerned about her future, Avara wanted to live in the moment and that meant constantly going against her mother's wishes. Her father sided with her mother on most things resulting in a strained relationship between himself and Avara. Oddly enough her grandmother was the most understanding, not say the woman approved but she had come to the realization that Avara was rather strong willed to put it nicely.

As Avara continued into her teenage years she became even more of an adventurous spirit, much to her parents dismay. She spent most of her time wandering around the different holds in Avanthal, she found herself oddly drawn to Frostfawn hold though in hindsight she puts that to a simple infatuation with a boy around her age. During her time there she took a brief interest in archery, although that interest was quickly dashed as soon as her father found out about it. That didn't stop her however and by the time she was fifteen years old she had managed to sneak out of the Icewall Gates more then once. She never strayed too far however, after all she wanted to explore not die.

Secrets are a hard thing to keep however and before long her parents found out about her little adventures outside of the city. This of curse resulted in a rather heated argument between Avara and her parents, both of whom had Avara's safety in mind as they forbade her from even leaving Snowsong Hold for an entire season. When Avara turned to the one person she thought would be on her side, her grandmother, she was shocked when the woman sided with her parents. This hurt Avara more then she has ever cared to admit and for a while all her passion dimmed as she retreated into herself. Not once did she disobey her parent's wishes, or even challenge them on their decisions which caused it's own form of worry in her parents.

Avara's grandmother was the one who dragged an almost sixteen year old Avara out of her moody teen phase. She was not kind, she didn't admit to being wrong instead she simply told Avara she was acting like a complete and utter idiot. As one would assume Avara was not very receptive to this, at first at least. After getting her intial point made her grandmother explained why, that her parents did do the right thing they wanted Avara to be safe and nothing else had really worked up to that point. Not to mention her grandmother's own husband had died outside of Avanthal which gave the family even more of a reason to hesitate when it came to her going leaving the relative safety of the city. However, her grandmother understood that she was young and in love with the idea of seeing what else the world had to offer much like her grandfather had been before meeting her grandmother. However her grandmother did not discourage her from her desire to see the world, in fact she encouraged it. After saying her peace Avara's grandmother left her with a saying that has stuck with her ever since. "The world is a dangerous place, don't let it swallow you whole."

It took a few days but Avara digested everything her grandmother had told her and realized she was being a complete idiot. With less then a day to spare before her sixteenth birthday Avara took the chance to make up with her parents. It was the first time in a while that she had said more then a few words to either of them let alone hugged them. She did smooth things over but Avara made it a point to let them both know she greatly disagreed with what they had chosen to do, although she did respect it.

After her birthday passed Avara started to take on any little job she could find not matter haw simple. Any money she made she instantly put towards one day leaving Avanthal. She loved her home, but it was getting a little bland and she was not all that interested in getting married at any point in the near future. During the day she watched after children who need it, or even helped out with cleaning. She never made much in the way of money but she was persistent, and it kept her inside of Avanthal for the time being which was a blessing to her parents.

Avara also took this time to work on her storytelling capabilities, almost every night she had a brand new story to share with her family. If she didn't have anything to share she was generally just happy to listen, more often then not however her brother managed to rope her into singing his songs for him. She was not very good but he managed to do it anyway, and they all laughed abut it even Avara. Those were some of the happiest times for her.

Her life continued on much the same way until roughly a eight days after her eighteenth birthday, that was the saddest day in Avara's life to date, her grandmother passed away. Avara took her death hard, she had no idea what to o with herself for a few days. With her grandmother's death however she inherited a relatively decent sum of money along with the ocarina her grandmother had always had with her. After a great deal of thought Avara decided it was time for her to leave Avanthal, possibly for good. With the money she had both saved and inherited it would at least get her a good ways away from Avanthal, her parents said she was running from the memory of her grandmother which was true and Avara never once denied it.

She took the remainder of the winter season to get prepared to leave in spring, which was harder then she thought it would be. Particularly finding a caravan that would actually allow someone with no actual combat training to come with them. Midway through winter however she lucked out in finding a group of humans who were willing to take her with them, on the condition that she learned how to do something. Without even thinking Avara agreed instantly followed by realizing she had no idea how she was going to find someone to teach her, much les learn how to fight in such a rushed period of time. Luckily enough one of the members of the caravan, a man named Erin offered to help her.

During the time before the caravan's departure Avara worked things out with her family, her parents were not all that happy about her going off on her own but they said it was her choice. Her brother on the other hand just told her to stay safe, and possibly check in if she ever could. When she wasn't dealing with family she was spending her time with Erin learning how to use a bow exactly. It was odd considering her brief interest in it resurfaced after so many years. Avara however was far from a natural and it took over twelve days for her to hit a target more then once in a row.

Before she knew it spring had arrived and the caravan was leaving. Avara actually had a few minutes where she thought about staying in Avanthal but it didn't last and she left with the caravan that morning. For a while their travels were oddly peaceful, or at least not as life threatening as what Avara had been preparing herself for. Over the days of travel Avara found herself writing down all the stories people shared, and even attempting to turn a few into songs none of which were all that good. On occasion she even told a few of her own stories to the rest of the caravan, or attempted to play her ocarina though that generally ended in laughter after she played a terrible rendition of someone's favorite song.

However, traveling in Mizahar is far from easy and it wasn't long before things went south. Attacks became more frequent and more fierce resulting in several injuries, luckily none were life threatening at first anyway. As the caravan continued onwards they stopped in any major city they passed by to rest and recover, and take on new members to replace the members who had gone as far as they wanted or were unable to continue. It was a bitter sweet moment at their second stop due to the fact that Erin was staying in the city for a while. Over their travels the two had actually become rather good friends and Avara was sad to see him go.

After that parting Avara was a little less enthusiastic on as she traveled with the caravan. She however did enjoy the switching of people simply because she got a chance to hear new stories and learn about where they themselves came from. One in particular was a female writer by the name of Cienna, who was the person that brought her attention to the goddess of writing Qalaya. Avara questioned Cienna about her almost endlessly, it was probably rather annoying but Avara as very interested in the supposedly reclusive god. After traveling with Cienna for almost a full season Avara had come to have a great amount of respect for Qalaya, so much respect in fact she added her into her own little pantheon of three.

Her life continued like this through the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons of 516. However she arrived in Alvadas just as winter started, deciding it would be nice to stay in one place for more then a few days at a time she decided to take her leave of the caravan. It may not have been the best decision considering most of her saved up money had been spent but she wanted to stay in the last city they had stopped in, Alvadas.

Attained: 15th of Spring, 514 AV

Avara received her Gnosis from Morwen as many Vantha do, during her coming of age ceremony. It was an important milestone for her and has become a cherished memory she shares with only her family. Due to her birthday falling in winter she did have to wait a full season before she was able to actually complete her ceremony. This was also the first and currently last time she physically interacted with Morwen. It also happened to be one of, if not the most important day of her life up to this point.

Avara Snowsong Developmental Questions

Image

General Information :
1. What is your Name?
Avara Snowsong, nice to meet you.
   2. Do you go by a nickname or pet name?
Hmm, not really. Most people tend to just use my first name.
   3. How old are you?
I actually just turned nineteen.
   4. What is your height?
4'10", don't say a word about it got it?
   5. What is your weight?
You never ask a lady how much she weighs, it's just plane rude.

Aesthetics :
1. Describe yourself as you see yourself.
Hmm, a pretty average Vantha who has nothing special going on. Makes it easy to blend in...with other Vantha anyway.
   2. Describe yourself as others typically see you.
Average, nothing all that special.
   3. What is your favorite body feature?
My eyes, they're both pretty and the most noticeable thing about me...you just thought about my height didn't you?
   4. How physically fit are you?
Can you define fit? I mean I can run for a decent amount of time but I don't obsess over fitness, which I guess means not in the best of condition.
   5. How do you typically dress and what is your style?
I prefer to where looser clothes in bright colors. It makes it hard to stay hidden but I like vibrant things, they just make me really happy.

Family :
1. Who are your parents and what are they like?
My parents are Evaryn and Vinita Snowsong, Evaryn being my father and Vinita being my mother. Evaryn has always been the strict one, he was more then likely the one who gave me any punishment I got. Not that my mother ever told him not to but I digress. Other then that I guess he's your average father, he wants to do well for his family and make sure we're all happy not to mention safe. Vinita on the other had is a giant worrier, seriously as a kid she got upset if I sneezed it was not a pleasant experience. Despite that though she's extremely caring and tends to put her family before herself much to my dismay. Mother also happens to tell some of the best stories, so that's a bonus.
   2. Do you have any brothers or sisters?
Ugh, why do you even have to ask abut him? Yes, I have an older brother Osion in other words the perfect child. I love him but he can be so annoying, I will always wonder how he managed to conform to every little thing or parents wanted him to.
   3. What is your extended family like?
Well, I don't really have one to be honest. As far as I know it's just me, my parents, and Osion. Although before I left there were talks about Osion getting married so for all I new relatives.
   4. Do you consider close friends as important or more/less important than family?
To me any good friend is like family, no matter what.
   5. Do you treat animals like family?
It depends on the animal, if it's an adorable ball of fluff then yes. If it's a giant bird that want's to kill me then no.

Location :
1. Where were you born?
In Avanthal, Snowsong Hold to be more specific.
   2. Where do you live now?
Currently I don't actually have a house of my own, I generally stay in Inns. This season's happens to be the Cubacious Inn in Alvadas. Wow, this had a lot of Inns, and ins in it.
   3. If you could live anywhere in Mizahar where would that be?
Oh, tough question. But if I could live anywhere I think I'd actually really like Zeltiva. I mean can you imagine what kind of books I'd be able to find there.
   4. Do you have a favorite place to vacation or spend leisure time?
Not really, I guess outside in general. I don't really like being cooped up for longer then I need to.
   5. Where do you fear to be?
Sahova, the place just give me the creeps even though I've only ever heard second hand stories about it.

Traits :
1. Do you have any physical weaknesses (disease, scars, and missing limbs?)
At the moment, no. Thank Morwen for that, because if I did I doubt my parents would ever let me leave.
   2. Are you right handed or left handed?
Right handed, thanks for asking.
   3. What languages do you speak? What do you sound like? Do you have an accent?
I fluently speak Vani, it was the first language I was introduced to and it just kind of stuck. Other then that I can speak Common to a point but some of the more complex areas of the language still elude me. I've been told I have a higher pitched voice that has a tendency to make me sound like a child, particularly when I get upset. As for accents I don't really have one.
   4. Do you have any odd mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?
I tend to hum...a lot. I also tend to tap my nails on any available surface when I can. When I get nervous I tend to bite my lower lip, but other then those I don't think there is anything.
   5. Do you have (or want to get) any tattoos or piercing? Why do you have them (or will get them)?
Actually I do have pierced ears, I saw some earrings I really liked when I was around thirteen and begged my mother to let me get them. She eventually said yes, and then I came to the realization I didn't have pierced ears. Which ended up forcing me to beg my mother to let me get my ears pierced it took over a week but I did it. Now I have pierced ears...still not entirely sure it was worth all the begging.

Occupations :
1. What is your occupation?
Eh, currently I am in the process of searching for a place of work...fine, I'm unemployed.
   2. Do you like/dislike your work? Why?
Well I'm really not sure considering I don't have any at the moment.
   3. If you could be anything you wanted to, what would you be?
I'd really like to be a bard, it would give me a excuse to tell stories all the time after all. Now that I think about it an author would be pretty much the same thing right?
   4. What occupation do you admire the most? Why?
Hmm, I guess I really admire knights and the like. I think it takes a lot of bravery to willing put yourself in a situation where danger can come on pretty quickly.
   5. What occupation do you lest like? Why?
I really don't like teachers...which is weird considering I enjoy learning. However my childhood teacher was not the most pleasant woman to be around, we'll leave it at that.

Childhood :
1. What sort of child were you?
I was a adventurous spirit who could more often then not be found with her nose stuffed somewhere it didn't belong. I was rather inquisitive and spent most of my time pestering adults.
   2. What is your favorite memory from childhood?
On my seventh birthday I was so upset because my mother dragged me out of the house to do some boring chore. It was my birthday I shouldn't have even had to think the word chore let alone do one, but my mother was persistent. After about two hours of doing whatever it was, because I honestly can't remember, we came home to a small little surprise party. It was just my family but it was so unexpected, everyone was so happy it just made me smile. It wasn't even that great of a party but I think it was the surprise that made it so memorable for me.
   3. What is your worst memory from childhood?
When I was fifteen I got into a giant argument with my dad about whether or not I was allowed to leave the house. I had done something pretty bad but being a teenager I did not care that my dad was worried about me. As such I yelled at him for over an hour trying and failing to get him to change his mind, at the end of it I said I hate you. His face was just horrible, he looked so hurt. I actually thought he was going to cry, but he managed to keep himself under control long enough to storm out the front door. I didn't talk to him for days after that, and when I finally did he still seemed so sad. I actually don't think he's ever gotten over that even though I've apologized time and time again.
   4. What sort of relationship did you have with your parents?
Strained for the most part, they had their idea on how I was supposed to act and then there was how I actually acted. I love them both though and couldn't have asked for better parents.
   5. Who was your most influential rolemodel?
My grandmother, she meant the world to me. Not to mention she was one of the few people who encouraged me to do what I really wanted, I just hope I make her proud.

Education :
1. What sort of education do you have?
Standard, nothing all that special. I know the bare minimum in most things that are required but other then that not much.
   2. Do you like/dislike learning?
I really like it, particularly learning about anything historical.
   3. Where or how did you learn most of your skills/abilities?
My parents and grandmother I spent most of my life with them. They didn't teach me everything but they taught me a lot.
   4. How do you learn best?
I learn best by reading by myself in a quiet room, I have a tendency to get distracted rather easily.
   5. What are your educational goals for the future?
Uh, I don't know to be completely honest. I have no real desire to go to a university or anything, but improving my writing seems like it might be worthwhile.

Relationships :
1. Do you form close bonds with people? Why? Why not?
It really depends, I don't get close to people quickly. I can befriend someone but not be close to them it takes a while, and when I do form a close bond with someone I cherish it. I think I do out of wanting to know I'm not alone in the world. I have people I care about, and in turn I hope they care about me.
   2. Do you trust people easily? If not, why not?
In general yes, I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I don't know why I do it I just do, not that it's smart but it is who I am.
   3. Do you consider yourself straight, gay, bi, or something else?
Uh, I don't see how this is even relevant but...bi.
   4. Have you ever been kissed? If so, describe the first time.
No, not romantically anyways.
   5. Have you ever had sex? If so, describe the first time.
Never done it, and this is an embarrassing topic so let's move on alright?

Drugs and Alcohol :
1. Have you ever been drunk? If so, describe your first time.
No, and from what I've seen I'm glad I haven't. Hangovers do not seem fun in the slightest.
   2. Do you like to drink on a regular basis?
Not really, I actually don't drink all that much in general.
   3. What sort of alcohol do you prefer?
I havn't actually consumed enough to have a preference.
   4. Have you ever tried drugs (mood altering substances)? If so, which kinds and what did you think of them?
Nope, and never want to that stuff is terrifying.
   5. What do you think of drugs and alcohol? Be specific.
I think alcohol is okay in moderation, I don't approve of drinking so much that you get yourself blind drunk, especially if people do it daily. As for drugs, just no. I don't like them I don't approve of them and I want them as far away from me as possible.

Likes and Dislikes :
1. What are your hobbies?
Oh, storytelling is the biggest but I also like writing. Along with those I find singing rather relaxing even if I'm not all that great at it.
   2. Do you like to read?
I LOVE to read, if I could I'd read all day, okay that isn't entirely true I'd still get people to tell me stories too.
   3. What annoys you more than anything else?
People who take themselves too seriously, it makes worse if they never have any kind of fun.
   4. What do you find the most relaxing activity to do?
Attempting to play my grandmother's Ocarina, it just makes me feel safe in a weird way.
   5. What kinds of things embarrass you? Why?
Innuendos, being complimented in general, making a fool of myself, and many other things. All because they just do, I'm surprisingly east to embarrass as such I try to avoid any embarrassing situations if I have the choice.

Favorites :
1. What is your favorite color or colors?
I really like white, blue, and light pink. They've been my three favorites ever since I was a little girl.
   2. What is your favorite time of day?
I really like twilight, the sky looks the best in my opinion.
   3. What is the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen?
The aurora above Avanthal, you haven't seen beauty until you've seen that.
   4. What do you like to eat? What do you hate to eat?
I really like soups, and vegetable dishes. On the opposite end I really hate fish which was not a good thing when I was a child. I actually have nightmares about giant fish, and no I will not be sharing those nightmares as stories.
   5. What is your favorite type of weather? Does any kind scare you?
I love when it just starts snowing, it makes everything seem so much more surreal. I'm not really scared of any kind of weather.

Outlook :
1. Are you optimistic or pessimistic?
Optimist, the glass is always half full.
   2. What are your religious views?
I'm a rather religious person myself and find having someone to believe in is a large help when I'm not in the best situation. But I think everyone is allowed to their own opinions I'm not going to think of someone differently if they don't believe in something.
   3. Would you be able to kill?
I don't think this is a question you can answer correctly unless you've been in a situation where you've had to make such a decision. I thankfully haven't, but if I was I honestly don't know.
   4. What are your views on sex?
Sex is sex, there's nothing wrong with it and I don't think people should worry about it as much as they do. Now can we change the topic please?
   5. What, in your opinion, makes a successful life?
Doing what you love no matter what, unless you love murdering people then you should probably talk to someone about that.

Actions :
1. What is the worst and best thing you’ve ever done?
Worst thing has already been mentioned and that was when I told my dad I hated him, to this day it still stings when I think about it. Best thing would have to be helping a little girl that got separated from her father find him again.
   2. What is your greatest regret?
Not taking the time to make any real friends so far in my life.
   3. If you could change one thing about your past, what would it be and why?
My grandmother's death, I wish I had more time to learn from her and to just be around her. She meant the world to me and it still hurts whenever I even think about her.
   4. What are you the most proud of doing in your life?
Saving up enough money to buy passage all the way to Alvadas, I never wanna do it again.

Emotions :
1. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings with others?
I'm extremely honest, I don't want to give people the wrong impression. Plus the whole thing where your eyes change color depending on your mood is a dead giveaway to anyone who knows you well.
   2. Do you have any biases or prejudices?
Nope, at least I don't think so.
   3. What makes you happy?
Being able to make other people happy with my stories, or hearing new stories myself. Although that's only one of many if I told you all of them we'd be here for an eternity.
   4. Who or what, if anything, would you die for?
I'd die for something I believed in wholeheartedly, at the moment there really isn't anything and I'd prefer not to die anytime soon thanks.
   5. What makes you angry?
People who blatantly disregard others and have no qualms at all about hurting people. It's just wrong. Oh, and not being able to reach things on the top shelf.

Relationships :
1. In general, how do you treat others?
With kindness and respect, I have no desire to make any enemies thank you very much.
   2. Who is the most important person in your life, and why?
Now, no one.
   3. Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
My grandmother, she was always there for me and seemed like she could do absolutely anything. If I one day manage to be even half the woman she was I'll be happy.
   4. Do you have a spouse or significant other? If not, describe an ideal lover.
No don't have one. As for an ideal lover I really have no clue, I guess someone who likes me for me and isn't overly protective.
   5. Do you trust anyone to protect you? Who, and why?
At the moment no, simply because I don't know anyone that well and even if I did I'd rather rely on myself.

Group Situations :
1. Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?
I argue when it's important to me, if it's simply about who gets the last piece of bread I'll gladly avoid an argument. On the other hand if it's about opening the door to a group of assassins I will definitely argue the point about not letting them in.
   2. Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?
Eh, not really I tend to hang back. I don't like large amounts of responsibility so leadership is a little out there for me.
   3. Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not?
I like telling entertaining large groups, but not hanging around them for all that long. I prefer getting to know one or two people at a time simply because it allows me to pay a greater mount of attention to them.
   4. Do you care what others think of you?
Not really, no. As long as they keep it to themselves we'll be fine.
   5. What do you think of others, in general?
In general I think people are fun and I like being around them.

I actually think it's my positivity, I like to make the best of any situation and always look for the good in everything.
   2. What is your greatest weakness?
My height? No, but seriously I think my greatest weakness has to be not knowing when to quit. I have a tendency to over exert myself and take on too much at once.
   3. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would like to be taller thank you very much.
   4. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
Extroverted, some people may say a little too extroverted even.
   5. Are you generally organized or messy?
Uhm, is this a required question? Fine, I'm a relatively messy person, I don't do well when evrythings perfectly in place.

I don't actually have any.
   4. What lengths would you go to to please your deity?
Honestly, I would do pretty much anything for them.

Death, I wouldn't kill myself or willingly die for them no matter the circumstances.

1. What do you absolutely live for?
Stories, I love the them.
   2. What is the best part of life?
Meeting people, everyone is different and has there own tale to tell. I love listening to them not matter how long or how short.

The peace that comes with it, you won't have to worry about much.
   4. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
Honestly I think I'd like to go in my sleep, it seems the least terrifying out of every other option I thought of.
   5. What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?
My stories, I would love for them to stick around long after I'm gone.

µ Hello! Welcome to Mizahar! µ

Great Vantha character. She's very true to her race for her love of stories. There is just one minor issue with your CS. And don't forget that the current global plot has some difficult challenges ahead for all Vantha, especially those marked by Morwen.

1. Racial Bonus: As a Vantha, you only get 10 skill points for your racial bonus (either in Storytelling or Carving). Regular humans, not the subraces, get 15 RB points since they don’t have any physical or cultural benefits. Please revise your skill in Storytelling to reflect 10 RB. If you still want to be competent in Storytelling, feel free to adjust some of your other starting points.

Once you have made the necessary changes, please PM / Private Message me (using the envelope button) and I'll remove this intervention. I'm also happy to answer any questions you may have.
