73rd of Fall 517 A.V.
Maya walked into her room with a robe tied around her body. The woman still had her hair up in a messy bun after getting out of the bath. She looked in her journal trying to figure out what her day would consist of. Her uncle had told her to go check on the shipments that were supposed to be arriving soon. Groaning the woman got up and began to get dressed for the day.
“Since I am going to the docks, I had better dress in shorts and something light,” Maya said quietly looking towards her closet area.
The woman walked over to her closet and dug through trying to find where her shirt had disappeared to. With a glare, she finally settled on a different shirt grabbing it quickly and moving on to her drawers looking for her shorts next. It turned out not to be as hard to find them, throwing her robe to the side, it did not take long for the girl to get dressed. Wincing, the woman pulled the band out of her hair with some difficulty from the still wet strands.
“Petching hell!” Maya growled in pain rubbing her head afterwords.
The woman grabbed a brush and worked through the mess of tangles. Water welled up in the girl's eyes as the tangles hit the end of her hair and bunched up. Panting the woman grabbed a hand full of hair close to the base of her neck and began to work on the knots again. It took a good half bell to get them all loose and finally get her hair curled. Applying a thin layer of make up, the woman got up and went downstairs. She had left her boots beside the door downstairs. The dark haired beauty walked into the kitchen grabbing some fruit.
“I'm heading out!” Maya called.
The girl walked out of the house heading to the dock where a ravosala was at. She rushed over and told the woman where she headed before sitting down and relaxing into the ride. The dark haired girl waved off the statement of the driver having to pick up another passenger. She was not concerned with who it would be or where they were going so long as she got dropped off first.
