Appearance: What do you look like?
Leshi does not wear clothing, but does, while in important situations, wear his plain green cloak with a brooch in the shape of one of the trees of the Spires on it. His fur is a darkened brown hue, and he stands rather tall, even by the standards of the Jamoura. His hands are rather large and bulky, but his feet are even smaller than Jamoura feet. He has a pushed out snout, with an inquisitive look. There are muscles around his body that appear ripped, clearly a result of mis-performed Projection rituals.
Character Concept
Basically an ape intellectual that enjoys healing others on the outside, and enjoys practicing Projection and seeking out new points of view from which to study it. On the inside, he hides a deep-seated depression that stems from the first memory of his previous life that he ever remembered, which he attempts to repress, previously via natural herbs while at the Spires, and now resorting to his first ever technique of doing so: removing himself from himself by shoving his snout so far into research and botany that he doesn't even have time to think depressing thoughts.
Character History
Leshi started his life in a simple family in the Spire, never destined to become an Alpha, as his general attitude, even from the start of his existense, was that of a scholar. However, being a scholar did not instantly allow one to join the Hahk'maghtar. And thus, he kept studying, and observing as much as he could about his body, even studying psychological techniques to increase his chances of remembering his previous life.
And then...it happened. Leshi's first memory would shape his adult life so far, as he witnessed the gruesome shooting of his former family at the hands of humans. And then the fires came. He barely survived, rescued by his new family, as he was told after relating his tale to the family head.
This was traumatic enough on its own, but Leshi was biologically prone to depression already, and those symptoms were starting to set in, and now were compounded by this memory. He lost all faith in his existence. He didn't want to be himself, to be the scrap of the world. He was effectively learning for the sake of perpetuating a society that could be burned down, eliminated at the hands of a single selfish person. And so he started "disconnecting", as he called it. He would find all the books he previously knew, and cram every bit of info that he could into his brain. He would often exercise when possible, and began studying philtering, purposely hamstringing himself with worse materials just to make it more of a brain puzzle. If he focused hard enough, it went away.
And this disconnection continued. Whenever his depression hit him, through a combination of herbs (which he only can find in the Spires, so that's not great) and psychological exercises, he would effectively push his mind out of his body, breathing out his ability to reason. And it was this that got him into the Hahk'maghtar. See, this mental repression of his sadness led to a natural disconnect in himself that made it easier for him to understand the basics of splitting his soul and his body. And hence, he was a protege at Projection (although not as versed in Nader-Canoch, which he was taught alongside the personal magic), being initiated into it as soon as the Aurists of the Hahk'maghtar came to see if he was truly ready for the tremendous undertaking.
However, his depression started flaring, and so his study of the herbal arts and Projection would be cut short, as he began having anger spasms, and had one that resulted in the other students and the teachers of Hahk'maghtar deciding he needed to take a break from studies and deal with this problem before he was safe to keep around priceless stores of information.
And so (since they neglected to explain what he needed to do to get back in), with a heavy, yet repressed, heart, and some of the great stores of knowledge of Hahk'maghtar in his head (including some Nader Canoch he picked up from his Projection learning), Leshi has arrived at Lhavit, thinking the answer he seeks in wider stores of knowledge, specifically those of other masters of Projection, who can better teach him about his body and its intrinsique link, or, as he sees it, disconnect, between his soul and his corporeal form.

House: The home was made as ergonomic as possible, with rafters specifically designed so Leshi would never need to use his legs to maneuver through it. It is triangular in design, dividing the backyard garden into two sides, which Leshi alternates between each year for gardening.
