"Glacies virgo is Latin for ice maiden." I've decided to move into the Skyglow Hold, now that I've moved away from my mother, who is a culinary artist. I wanted to be with my own kind: artists, carvers, storytellers. I'm excited to be here and can't wait to meet all who live here. I've been eager to share my work and see others to compare. There weren't many crafters at the Winterflame Hold, so I could never relate...except to my father when I was young. When he passed, I was on my own. I've moved in with the other women here but am in the maiden's room - although my mother is also here at Skyglow, she insists I stay in an all - girl's dormitory. I've my own fur bedroll here and it's very warm. It's nice being somewhere where I feel like...I belong? Does that make sense, Goddess? I pray to you to help me here in this new place.
