Appearance:
Oz de Sepp has a humanoid shape though very basic, devoid of anything resembling hair, nails, toes, wrinkles or any such marks that are everpresent on humans, despite this he does posess things like a nose, mouth, eyes and such though they are all at their most basic. Two features on Oz's body set him apart, one being a second pair of arms, sprouting just below the first pair, the other is the fact that a great deal of runes are carved into his entire body, leaving only his forearms (both pairs), neck and head clear. This would betray his ability to use magic if he did not wear an actual cloak of black cloth which covers his entire body, including his head with the use of a hood.

Character Concept:
Like most Pycons, Oz has a great thirst for knowledge, his favorite subject of research being magic. His curiosity in magic was sparked by an elder in the village where he was born, the old Pycon was a master in the discipline of personal magic and initiated Oz in the art of Reimancy. Oz is introverted, liking to keep to himself and contemplate things in his own mind but he won't turn down company, especially not if he thinks he might learn something interesting by partaking.

Character History:
Oz was born like any other, from unremarkable parents in a Pycon colony much like any other. After six months he began to distance himself from his family, already taking an interest in magic and spending his time studying and eventually around the age of 3 practicing it as well. He did nothing more than further his knowledge and skill with the help of his teacher. At the age of ten he decided he could learn little more while staying inside the colony and set out, hoping to expand his abilities even further with real world experience and the help of new teachers.
